摘要: A sunshade includes a support frame and a canopy connected to the support frame and including a light-transmissible fabric sheet of undyed yarns that has opposite inner and outer surfaces, an ink layer formed on one of the inner and outer surfaces of the light-transmissible fabric sheet using dye-sublimation printing techniques, and an opaque enamel coating coated on the other of the inner and outer surfaces of the light-transmissible fabric sheet The undyed yarns are woven and cross one another to form fabric pores thereamong. The opaque enamel coating fills the fabric pores. A method of preparing a canopy is disclosed.

摘要: A sunshade includes: a support frame; and a canopy connected to the support frame and including a light-transmissible fabric sheet of undyed yarns and an opaque enamel coating coated on at least one side of the fabric sheet. A method of preparing a canopy includes: providing a light-transmissible fabric sheet of undyed yarns; coating an enamel composition on at least one side of the light-transmissible fabric sheet to form an opaque enamel coating on the light-transmissible fabric sheet; and drying the opaque enamel coating.

摘要: A three-dimensional multilayer fabric is provided. The fabric comprises a surface layer, a backing layer, and an intermediate layer connecting the surface layer and the backing layer. The intermediate layer has a multi-layered structure where a multiple of a fabric is separated each other. The three-dimensional multilayer fabric can be woven on a single loom in a batch operation and undergo transformation between two-dimensional shape and three-dimensional shape. This fabric is applicable as materials for blinds with high light-shielding rate because intermediate portions have a multi-layered structure.

摘要: A dense and stable shading and insulating screen (1) can be pulled away sideways and rolled up, provided it has a double weave. Fabric fibers which both as weft (6) and warp elements (5) hold together tightly both weft (3) and warp strips (2) in a stable pattern or supporting weave, have a positive impact on the light transmission of the screen (1), by absorbing the water to the inside of the screen and, resulting from surface activity, having the water transferred to the outside of the screen (1).

摘要: This invention relates to the production of a shading and insulating screen for greenhouses or a protection screen in the open air for market gardening cultivation or horticulture, having a regular check pattern, using a circular loom comprising an insertion device (7) which is provided with a compensator (12).The screens which are obtained have a homogeneous air-permeability which allows the bed to respire uniformly, but they are impermeable to water. They have an increased firmness. The method allows the production of screens made of metallized polyester film capable of filtering the sun's rays.
