    摘要： A building façade secured to a building structure having a plurality of floor levels can comprise a plurality of façade panels wherein one or more façade panels include a strip of fire-safing insulation. The façade panels can be secured to the building structure adjacent an edge of a floor with the strip of fire-safing insulation engaging the floor edge along a vertical surface and a horizontal surface of the floor. Additionally, a method of installing a façade on a building structure can comprise the steps of: providing a plurality of façade panels, wherein the façade panels include a strip of fire-safing insulation, hanging the façade panels on the building floors adjacent an edge thereof, during the step of hanging, traversing the strip of fire-safing insulation vertically downwardly and horizontally towards the floor edge, and sandwiching the strip of fire-safing insulation between the façade panels and the floor edge.

    摘要： A system and method for creating custom concrete designs includes one or more textured concrete forms used to create concrete “tiles” with the desired surface appearance, generally mimicking the surface appearance of natural stone or other desired pattern. The method involves creating a plurality of cement tiles in the desired shape, pattern, and texture. These cement tiles are most preferably in the range of ¼″- 5/16″ thick using a proprietary cementious mixture poured into molds. The concrete used to form the tiles may be colored before it is poured into the form or it may be colored after the concrete has set. After the desired number of concrete tiles have been formed, they may be positioned and fixed in place so as to cover the desired area and create the desired effect for the selected application.

    摘要： A system for trimming interior walls includes a plurality of elongate boards forming both base boards and fenestration casing boards for mounting on a respective wall along an edge of the wall for forming an attractive edge face of the wall. Each board has a front face with a continuously longitudinally extending groove with the rear face of the board being fastened to the wall by a series of screws at spaced positions along the board with the screws being recessed in the groove. An extruded plastic strip is inserted into the groove along the length of the board so as to cover the groove and the screws therein. The casing boards include an extra fastening connector along the rear of the board at the jamb. Corner pieces are provided which are hollow moldings to cover the ends of the boards with either a groove for a part of the strip or a simulated ridge matching the strip.

The coping device includes a platform, having a back, into which to place a finish trim molding for coping and cutting, and a blade assembly having a cutter blade and configured to be manually actuated by a lever. The blade assembly is adjustable and is configured to rotate. The cutter blade is configured specifically to a size and a shape of the finish trim molding to be cut and coped. The mounting device includes a bracket, having a pair of mounting flanges, configured for placement along a wall. The bracket and flanges form generally an “F” shape trim holding device. The flanges are configured to securely hold a finish trim molding without the use of nails, glues, and adhesives.

The system provides a plurality of elongated structural support rails, each of these support rails have a coupling web with a bearing surface for attachment to the primary structure, a coupling mechanism, and a stringer portion integrally formed with and connecting the coupling web to the coupling mechanism. A plurality of generally planar surface panels are provided. Each panel has an integral interlocking member configured to mate with the coupling mechanism on the support rail. The elongated support rails are secured to primary structures, thereby extending the surface panels to form an aesthetically pleasing covered surface.
