摘要: A magnet system for magnet valves for controlling liquids including an electromagnet and a permanent magnet that produces magnetic fluxes, the magnetic fluxes of which are oriented opposite one another in a working air gap formed between a free-floating armature and a magnet pole. To attain a course of the force of attraction acting upon the armature that becomes negative beyond a certain excitation of the electromagnet, and to reduce the trigger power for the electromagnet, a magnetic opposite pole is disposed on the side of the armature remote from the working air gap, forming a second working air gap, which is coupled to the magnet housing, optionally via a stray air gap, via a flow guide element annularly engaging the permanent magnet.

摘要: A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines includes an electromagnetic actuating element having a solenoid coil, a fixed core, an outer magnetic circuit component, and a movable armature for actuating a valve-closure element, which cooperates with a valve-seat surface provided on a valve-seat element. The injector is characterized by its extremely small outer dimensions. The flexibility in the installation of fuel injectors of varying valve lengths, which is made possible very simply due to the special modular design, is significantly increased in this manner. An optimized dimensioning of the electromagnetic circuit allows for a DFR (dynamic flow range) greater than 17, the DFR being defined as the quotient of qmax/qmin.

摘要: A fuel injector, in particular a fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines, has a valve needle which cooperates with a valve-seat surface to form a sealing seat, and an armature which is connected to the valve needle, the armature being acted upon in the closing direction by a restoring spring and cooperating with a magnetic coil. The armature has a guide flange which is guided at an opposite surface. The guide flange does contact the opposite surface in all places, so that recesses are formed between the guide flange and the opposite surface.
