Abstract:
The present invention provides a small-size light-weight electric motor integrated hydraulic motor which is simple in configuration, integrally includes an electric motor and a hydraulic motor, and is capable of efficiently operating, by being configured such that: a swash plate type hydraulic motor and an electric motor driven by the swash plate type hydraulic motor are provided in one casing; the casing is filled with oil; a driving shaft of the swash plate type hydraulic motor is configured to extend from a front end portion of the casing up to a rear end portion thereof and be supported at the front and rear end portions of the casing; the swash plate type hydraulic motor and a rotor of the electric motor are provided in series at the driving shaft; and a stator of the electric motor is fixed to an inner side portion of the casing.
Abstract:
A hydraulically driven hammer is disclosed, along with valve actuation arrangements which operate to switch hydraulic forces on the hammer ram after preselected intervals following application of pressurized pilot fluid flows. These flows pass into a fluid accumulation chamber unitl a predetermined volume is accumulated after which continued pilot fluid flow produces valve actuation.
Abstract:
The arm of a forging manipulator has tongues at one end for engaging with a workpiece and is journaled for rotation about a horizontal axis. At the other end the arm carries a pair of clamps each of which has a pair of clamping jaws pivotally connected at one end and adapted to be spread apart or drawn against the arm by a spreading hydraulic cylinder at the other end of each pair of jaws. The cylinders are interconnected for reversing operation and are hydraulically linked to a pair of drive cylinders, the pistons of which are pivotally connected to the respective clamps so that one of the drive cylinders is effective to rotate the arm when its clamping cylinder draws its jaws against the arm while the other clamping cylinder spreads the other pair of jaws apart during the ineffective stroke of the drive piston.

Abstract:
A hydraulic driving mechanism for a vehicle wheel includes a housing and three piston-cylinder assemblies pivoted to side plates of the housing. Each assembly communicates with hydraulic fluid under pressure and a reciprocating piston rod of each assembly drives a pinion through a surrounding eccentric and driving ring when the assembly is rocked in an arc about its pivot connection. The assemblies and corresponding pinions are located around and in mesh with the outer periphery of a central pinion which is affixed to an output shaft to rotate the wheel. The rocking of each assembly causes a sliding valve within a control valve housing to open and close return and inlet fluid ducts. An anchorage links each sliding valve to the housing for the mechanism. The housing affords the connection between the wheel and the vehicle frame and includes two spaced-apart plates with strips between the plates that leave upper and lower blocks. The blocks hold king pins for steering the wheels and comprise ducts for inlet and return ducts for each assembly.
Abstract:
A. The invention relates to a pressing-device working in continuous.B. The pressing-device according to the invention comprises a motor element consisting of a double-effect jack fed with fluid under pressure, while the worm-screw is, inside the cylinder, integral with a disc provided with fingers or notches equally distributed along the peripheral thereof, the rod of the jack co-operating in succession with the fingers so as to set them into motion.
Abstract:
A hydraulic rotary machine includes a plurality of pistons, a cylinder block accommodating the pistons, a shaft penetrating through the cylinder block, a swash plate making the pistons reciprocate to expand and contract a capacity chamber of the cylinder, a casing accommodating the cylinder block, a front cover closing an opened end of the casing, an extending portion formed in the front cover and extending along the shaft towards the cylinder block, and a first slide bearing provided between the extending portion and the cylinder block. The first slide bearing is fixed to the extending portion or the cylinder block by a pin member.
