    摘要: A system is provided for latching and draining a torque transmitting device. The system may include a clutch feed channel having an inlet portion and a clutch portion. The inlet portion is configured to provide hydraulic fluid from a pressurized source to the clutch portion. The clutch portion is configured to provide hydraulic fluid to a torque transmitting device. An inlet valve connects the inlet portion of the clutch feed channel to the clutch portion of the clutch feed channel. The inlet valve is configured to open to allow the hydraulic fluid to flow from the inlet portion to the clutch portion when the torque transmitting device is engaged. The inlet valve is configured to close and to trap hydraulic fluid within the torque transmitting device when the torque transmitting device is not actively pressurized. A multispeed transmission is also provided.

    摘要: The invention is directed to a multiple-clutch device, such as a double-clutch device, for arranging in a drivetrain of a motor vehicle between a drive unit and a transmission, wherein the clutch device has a first clutch arrangement associated with a first transmission input shaft of the transmission and a second clutch arrangement associated with a second transmission input shaft of the transmission for transmitting torque between the drive unit and the transmission. According to one aspect of the invention, it is suggested that at least one of the clutch arrangements has an actuating piston defining a pressure chamber for actuation, preferably for engagement of the clutch arrangement by means of a pressure medium, preferably a hydraulic medium, wherein the actuating piston divides the pressure chamber from an associated centrifugal force pressure compensation chamber which receives a pressure compensation medium.

The pressure buildup device includes an oil chamber for producing predetermined pressure increase characteristics with a pilot pressure applied from the oil supply line and a spring load, a drain line extending from the oil chamber, and a drain control valve mounted on the drain line for opening and closing the drain line in response to the pilot pressure applied from the pilot oil line.

    摘要: A hydraulic actuation device for a motor vehicle friction clutch has a manually actuatable master cylinder,that has a master pressure chamber which, in a rest position, is fluidically connected to a reservoir. The master cylinder is connected to a slave arrangement that is functionally connected to the motor vehicle friction clutch. A pressure line connects the master pressure chamber to the slave arrangement and in which incorporates an electrically actuatable valve arrangement with an electrically actuatable proportional valve and, connected in parallel, a first check valve which blocks in the direction of the master pressure chamber. A motor pump is connected, on the input side, to the reservoir and can be connected, on the output side, to the pressure line between the valve arrangement and the slave pressure chamber through a second check valve that blocks in the direction of the motor pump.

    摘要: A flow limiting and temperature compensated orifice assembly includes a valve body having an orifice and a plurality of exterior bypass channels or openings. The valve body is disposed in a complementary cylindrical chamber in a housing in the fluid line which also receives a bi-metallic disc and a rubber washer. The bi-metallic disc is disposed adjacent one end of the body and defines a center opening which aligns with the orifice opening. In a first, higher temperature position or state, the bi-metallic disc engages the adjacent end face of the body and closes off flow through the exterior channels and allows fluid flow only through the flow limiting and thus torque controlling orifice. In a second, lower temperature position or state, the bi-metallic disc has flipped and moved away from the end face of the body and allows fluid flow through the exterior bypass channels as well as the orifice opening.
