    Abstract: A plate or check valve, for diaphragm pumps, including a valve chamber in which at least one valve seat is provided that interacts with a valve plate that is elastically pretensioned via outer edge mountings such that a closing body of the valve plate can be moved from a closed position, in which it sealingly lies on the valve seat, into an open position against the elasticity of the valve plate. The outer edge mountings have webs and connecting brackets which are connected to the web ends facing away from the closing body. The outer edge mountings are disconnected from one another and only engage on the closing body, each of the outer edge mountings has at least two webs that are connected together via a connecting bracket, and each connecting bracket engages behind at least one paired holding base of the valve housing.

    Abstract: A first main plate has a first principal surface and a second principal surface. A second main plate has a third principal surface, a fourth principal surface, and an aperture. A piezoelectric element is provided on the first main plate and vibrates the first main plate. A first frame is disposed outside an outer peripheral end of the first main plate. First connecting portions connect the first main plate and the first frame to each other. Apertures are formed between the first connecting portions and connect a space adjacent to the first principal surface and a space adjacent to the second principal surface to each other. The second frame is disposed outside an outer peripheral end of the first frame. A second connecting portion connects the first frame and the second frame to each other.

    Abstract: A diaphragm pump includes a quick discharge valve unit that comprises a vessel including a supply passage, a check valve seat, a delivery passage and a discharge passage, and an elastic member configured to partition an internal space of the vessel into an input-side space connected to the supply passage and an output-side space connected to the delivery passage and the discharge passage. The elastic member includes a check valve body to prevent an inflow of air from the output-side space to the input-side space, and a discharge port valve body configured to close the discharge passage when air is supplied to the input-side space through the supply passage. The vessel includes a connecting path having a sectional area smaller than an area of a section of the supply passage, and configured to release pressurized air in the input-side space to an outside.
