摘要: A heat management system includes a reservoir tank which stores a coolant and can replenish, with the coolant, a coolant line connected to the reservoir tank; a flow path transition valve which is connected to the downstream side, according to the flow direction of the coolant, of the reservoir tank and can control the flow direction of the coolant; and a coolant circulation pump which is connected to the downstream side, according to the flow direction of the coolant, of the flow path transition valve and pumps the coolant along the coolant line, wherein, through the layout structure of the reservoir tank, flow path transition valve, and coolant circulation pump, the distance between parts constituting a coolant system of a vehicle is minimized, and the overall flow of the coolant is formed in the direction of gravity, and, thereby, a pressure drop of the coolant can be reduced.

摘要: A genset has an enclosure in which a bulkhead separates the enclosure into a high pressure compartment and a low pressure compartment. A first fan is located in the high pressure compartment and draws ambient air into the high pressure compartment and pressurizes the high pressure compartment to a first pressure that is greater than ambient pressure. A radiator is located within the high pressure compartment such that the pressurized air in the high pressure compartment flows through the radiator and out of the high pressure compartment. A generator is located in the high pressure compartment and provides a gas flow path therethrough from the high pressure compartment to the low pressure compartment. An engine is located in the low pressure compartment and is coupled to the radiator for cooling and is coupled to the generator through the bulkhead to drive the generator.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for maintaining a desired engine coolant level and a relative glycol amount in the engine coolant by using water sourced from on-board vehicle systems. In one example, a method may include supplying water to the engine coolant reservoir in response to the engine coolant level decreasing below a threshold. Also, a relative glycol amount in the coolant may be maintained at a threshold amount by adding water to the coolant in response to a relative glycol increasing above the threshold.

摘要: A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of heat exchange segments juxtaposed in a housing, and a plug member connected fluid-tightly to the housing, and supporting the heat exchange segments to provide a coolant or cooling medium passage in each gap between the heat exchange segments adjacent to each other. Each heat exchange segment comprises a case having an opening only on a surface of the case, at least outside of the opening being plugged fluid-tightly by the plug member, and a guide member, e.g., fin accommodated in the case, and provided with a plurality of passages allowing only gas flow in a predetermined direction, and gas intake passages and gas exhaust passages at the upstream and downstream thereof, wherein an opening of the case is provided with a gas inlet port communicated with the gas intake passage, and a gas outlet port communicated with the gas exhaust passages.
