    摘要: A lubricant bath structure includes a casing for storing a liquid lubricant, where: the casing is provided with a supply hole, a discharge hole, a part attachment hole, and a liquid level check hole that penetrate from inside to outside of the casing; the supply hole enables injecting the lubricant into the casing; the discharge hole enables discharging the lubricant in the casing; the part attachment hole is opened/closed by detaching/attaching a mechanism part that is to be detachably attached to an outside surface of the casing; and the liquid level check hole can be arranged at a position coincident with or lower than a lower edge of the part attachment hole, but higher than the discharge hole, and, during the discharge of the lubricant, it is possible to confirm that a liquid level of the lubricant has reached below the lower edge of the part attachment hole.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to lubrication system having a reservoir having a body. A follower is moveably disposed in the body. The system further comprises an alarm system having an electrical switch operably associated with the follower. The alarm generates a signal when the follower is at a predetermined location in the body. The alarm system may generate a signal when the follower is at a lower location in the body such as when the reservoir has an amount of lubricant representing a predetermined amount of usage time remaining. The alarm system may also generate a signal when the follower is at an upper location in the body such as when the reservoir is filled with lubricant wherein the signal acts to automatically interrupt the fill of lubricant.

    摘要: An oil level display device is fitted such that a float guide accommodating a float is attached to an oil filler neck and is plugged with a float cap. To check the amount of oil, the float cap is removed and the position of the float is checked. If a sufficient amount of oil is stored, an upward force derived from oil buoyancy is larger than a downward force of the own weight of the float, from among the forces that act on the float. The float thus protrudes beyond a large-diameter portion upon removal of the float cap from the float guide.

A magnetic plug may be positioned in the second port of the sight glass extending into the cavity within the sight glass such that the magnetic plug is positionable for contact with the machine fluid. A sample port assembly may be connected to the sight glass whereby samples of the machine fluid are accessible.
