    摘要: An electric oil pump includes a motor part having a shaft; a pump part that is driven by the motor part via the shaft and discharges oil; and a control part configured to control an operation of the motor part. The motor part includes a rotor, a stator, and a motor housing. The pump part includes a pump rotor and a pump housing having a housing part. The control part includes a plurality of electronic components and a board. The motor housing has a cylindrical part in which the rotor and the stator are accommodated, a plurality of heat dissipating fins that extend from the cylindrical part, and a fin support that supports the heat dissipating fins. The heat dissipating fins are disposed at intervals in the axial direction. The fin support has an inter-fin through-hole between a pair of heat dissipating fins adjacent in the axial direction.

    摘要: A variable displacement lubricant pump includes a control ring, a pump rotor with radially-slidable vanes which rotate in the control ring, and a pressure control system to control a lubricant discharge pressure. The pressure control system includes a pressure control chamber which pushes the control ring into a high pumping volume direction, a pilot chamber which pushes the control ring into a low pumping volume direction, and a pressure control valve which controls a pressure in the pressure control chamber. The pressure control valve comprises a control port connected to the pressure control chamber, a control valve body which connects/disconnects the control port to atmospheric pressure, first and second valve chambers arranged at opposite ends of the control valve body, and a fluidic valve control line comprising a discharge valve which discharges the lubricant from the second valve chamber to atmospheric pressure.

    摘要: A lubrication system for use in a gas turbine engine is comprised of a first pump driven by a first shaft at a first speed and a second pump driven by a second shaft at a second speed that is faster than the first speed. The first and second pumps provide lubricant to an engine operating system. The pumps are optimized based on differential speed changes between the two drive speeds for the respective shafts to provide an optimized oil flow for the engine as a whole. A gas turbine engine and a method of operating a gas turbine engine are also disclosed.

    摘要: A variable capacity fluid pump that can be controlled independently of the rotation of the engine is provided. The fluid pump comprises a planetary gear mechanism having a first gear, second gears and a third gear. The second gears are connected to a crankshaft of the engine and transmits a rotational force of the crankshaft. The third gear is connected to the fluid pump. The fluid pump further comprises braking means connected to the first gear. The breaking means generates a braking force upon the first gear. The fluid pump further comprises a one-way clutch provided between the second gears and the third gear. The braking means controls a rotational speed of the first gear so that a rotational speed of the fluid pump is controlled independently of a rotational speed of the crankshaft of the engine.

    摘要: An engine unit for a vehicle comprises an engine case in which a crankshaft and a counter shaft are rotatably supported and an oil pump is provided so that rotation of the crankshaft is transmitted to the counter shaft. The counter shaft serves as a driving shaft of the oil pump arranged to be coaxial with the counter shaft. The oil pump has a pump case, which is provided with a tubular engaging member concentrically surrounding the counter shaft to extend in an axial direction thereof and with a discharge passage extending so as to be apart from the counter shaft in the axial direction thereof. The tubular engaging member is fitted into a fitting hole for a counter shaft bearing and the discharge passage having an end portion fitted into an oil supply port formed in the engine case.

The drive includes an oil pump, in the housing of which is arranged at least one rotor member for supplying a volumetric flow of oil, wherein the rotor is driven via the crankshaft of the internal-combustion engine. It is proposed that the rotor of the oil pump is connected to a shaft driven directly by the crankshaft. In this way, the oil pump is directly driven in a simple manner.
