The fluid heater comprises a fluid preheating assembly configured to directly heat fluid moving along the fluid path, a fluid holding tank for receiving preheated fluid moving along the fluid path from the fluid preheating assembly, a primary fluid pump configured to pump fluid along the fluid path, and a primary fluid heating assembly configured to indirectly heat fluid moving along the fluid path from the fluid holding tank. Fuel is combusted in the primary fluid assembly and an exhaust gas movement path is defined to guide the exhaust gas from the primary fluid heating assembly through the fluid holding tank to the fluid preheating assembly.

The separating element (14) is mounted at an axially external position with respect to the heat exchanger (13) in such a way as to define the second chamber (16) for collecting the second heat transfer fluid between the separating element (14), the peripheral side wall (11c) and the rear wall (11d) or the front wall (22) of the containment casing (11); in this way, the first (15) and the second (16) collection chambers are in fluid communication with each other by means of at least one passage (17a, 17a′, 17b-17g; 14e) configured to allow a flow of the second heat transfer fluid substantially in parallel to the peripheral side wall (11c) of the casing (11) and in proximity thereto. The separating element (14) comprises a heat exchange portion in contact with at least one portion of an end coil of the heat exchanger (13) and configured to allow a heat exchange between the coil-shaped portion of the heat exchanger (13) and the second collection chamber (16), while the heat exchange cell (10) further comprises at least one second passage (35) allowing a fluid outlet from the second collection chamber (16) peripherally defined in the second chamber (16) between an axial end (11g) of the peripheral side wall (11c) and the rear wall (11d) or the front wall (22) of the containment casing (11).

    摘要: Mobile water heating systems for producing hot water are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a mobile water heating system includes a water heater having an oval-cylindrical shape. The water heater includes a shell, a lid and a water reservoir having a screen. A first heating coil and a second heating coil can extend between the screen and a first cone and a second cone, respectively. A first burner and a second burner can be configured to mix and combust fuel and air and direct the resulting flames through the heating coils. Pall rings can at least partially fill an interior volume of the water heater and the combustion of the fuel and air can heat the heating coils and the pall rings. Water can be heated by being directed through the heating coils and through a water manifold positioned to spray water on the pall rings.

    摘要: A novel water heat exchanger with a helix coil incorporated into a stainless steel elongated variable diameter cylindrical housing. A buffer tank is incorporated within the lumen of the helix coil. In one embodiment, the heat exchanger utilizes a radial direct-firing burner and a blower-driven hot flue gas to heat water for domestic and commercial use. In one embodiment, at least a rope seal is disposed between adjacent coil loops of a portion of the helix coil for enhancing heat transfer to the helix coil. In one embodiment, solar and electric heating systems are combined with the helix coil heat exchanger and disposed within the buffer tank to provide supplemental heating. In another embodiment, the heat exchanger further comprises a Stirling engine comprised of a free piston having hot and cold ends that is disposed within the cavity taken up the buffer tank, wherein the hot end receives heat from the burner and the cold end is cooled by the incoming cold water line to form an electric power generator.

The water pipe and the electric heating tube are wrapped up with a support base having its outer side bored with plural holes respectively for the opposite ends of the water pipe and two wire connecting terminals of the electric heating tube to extend out therethrough. The support base has plural lugs at the inner side for support a container with a water intake pipe and a water-releasing pipe, the water intake pipe connected with the water outlet of the water pipe. When cool water gets into the water pipe, it flows circularly therein and is heated by the electric heating tube, and then conveyed to the container for use through the water intake pipe.
