    摘要: A bottom part refractory includes a center part refractory, an arrangement refractory which is arranged contiguously with the center part refractory, and a connection refractory which is arranged at a position where at least a portion of the connection refractory overlaps with a vertically downward projection view of a side wall refractory. The connection refractory which is contiguously arranged with the arrangement refractory is constituted of two or more force transmission refractories arranged in the direction toward the arrangement refractory from the side-wall refractory. Opposedly facing surfaces between the force transmission refractories at least at a position among the force transmission refractories are inclined such that upper portions of the opposedly facing surfaces are positioned on a more inner side of a bottom portion than lower portions of the opposedly facing surfaces are positioned.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a support bracket assembly and multiple support bracket assemblies supporting a series of interlocking ceramic elements. The interlocking ceramic elements form a cylindrical structure that is an important component of a cyclone separator. Several industrial plants have large cyclone separators such as power plants and cement plants where it is necessary to remove solids from a particle-laden gas stream. The support bracket assembly is comprised of five main components: two end plates, a middle support arm which is capable of supporting a ceramic element, and two horizontal flat bars that fit through the two end plates and the middle support arm.

    摘要: A rotary kiln for pyro-processing a variety of materials, such as cement, lime, lime sludge, clay, shale, refractory grains, bauxite, garbage and minerals, that includes a continuously-rotated, cylindrical steel shell, having a feed end for receiving material, a processing zone through which high temperature gases circulate and where the material is processed, and a discharge end where the material leaves the kiln. In addition, the feed end of the kiln being more elevated than the discharge end so as to force material flow during kiln rotation. The shell includes an inner cylindrical surface and defines a longitudinal axis extending from the feed end to the discharge end. In addition, the inner cylindrical surface includes a contiguous insulating refractory lining comprised of hollow bricks, and a work refractory lining concentric with and over the insulating lining. The linings are disposed annularly about the open processing zone. The insulating lining, comprised of hollow bricks, is intended to reduce heat flow between the work lining and the kiln shell, thus reducing kiln shell temperature.

    摘要: An interconnected precast module refractory leveling assembly for a metallurgical vessel is disclosed. The precast modules of the instant invention compensate for the sloping bottom of a metallurgical vessel. At least one precast module is disposed in each of two partial rings each of which is essentially a mirror image of the other so that the height of the leveling assembly varies substantially uniformly from a high point where the two mirror image portions join to a low point 180 degrees of arc displaced therefrom where the two portions again join. Each of the refractory precast modules has a slight taper in height so that the ends of each precast module are the same height as the juxtaposed ends of the adjoining precast module.

The liner has an axis and is made of material having a different coefficient of linear expansion than the casing, and comprises at least one tubular section having an outer surface which defines at least one conical support section for resting against the support means at contact points with the support means. The contact points are located on generatrices of a conceived cone or pyramid, with the generatrices radiating from a fixed point on the axis of the liner coinciding with the tip of the cone or pyramid.

    摘要: A refractory lining for the floor of a metallurgical vessel wherein the floor slopes down to a central or eccentrically offset outlet. The floor is divided into a plurality of sectors radiating from the center of the outlet orifice. Each sector has a plurality of courses having the same angular size. The left and right hand edges of each sector are formed by straight courses of bricks and a brick is aligned across the width of each sector adjacent the outlet. Each straight course of bricks comprises at least a pair of wedge shaped bricks defining the left and right hand sides of each sector and the faces of the wedge-shaped bricks which face inwardly are parallel to each other. The outside faces of the wedge-shaped bricks defining the sides of the sectors are inclined at an angle determined by the number and slope of the sectors so that the outside faces of adjoining sectors are in contact with each other.
