摘要: An eyewear device presents, via an image display, an initial displayed image. The initial displayed image has an initial field of view corresponding to an initial head direction or an initial eye direction. Eyewear device detects movement of a user of the eyewear device by: (i) tracking, via a head movement tracker, a head movement of a head of the user, or (ii) tracking, via an eye movement tracker, an eye movement of an eye of the user of the eyewear device. Eyewear device determines a field of view adjustment to the initial field of view of the initial displayed image based on the detected movement of the user. Field of view adjustment includes a successive field of view corresponding to a successive head direction or a successive eye direction. Eyewear device generates a successive displayed image based on the field of view adjustment and presents the successive displayed image.

摘要: A flip-up eyeglasses include a main eyeglass, a secondary eyeglass, and an elastic hook member. The main eyeglass has a main frame, and the bridge of the main frame is connected with a connecting member extending horizontally forward. The connecting member has two engaging slots and two rectangular-shaped positioning portions that are formed between the front edge of the connecting member and the two engaging slots. The secondary eyeglass has a secondary frame, and the bridge of the secondary frame forms two grooves. The elastic hook member has a sheet portion and two hook portions that are configured to be hooked onto the two positioning portions through the two engaging slots and to be abutted against the two grooves, such that the positioning portions are sandwiched by the bridge of the secondary frame and the hook portions of the elastic hook member.

摘要: Systems, devices, and methods that implement waveguides in curved transparent combiners that are well-suited for use in wearable heads-up displays (WHUDs) are described. Waveguide structures with in-couplers and out-couplers are integrated with curved eyeglass lenses to provide transparent combiners that substantially match the shape, size, and geometry of conventional eyeglass lenses and can, in some implementations, embody prescription curvatures to serve as prescription eyeglass lenses. The waveguides and in-/out-couplers are planar or curved depending on the implementation.WHUDs that employ such curved transparent combiners are also described.

The present disclosure can change the user's reading habits and moderate visual fatigue when reading.

摘要: According to an exemplary embodiment, a loupe attachment for glasses may be provided. The loupe attachment may include a loupe and a number of optical devices such as mirrors or prisms. The loupe and the optical devices may be connected to eyeglasses and be positioned as desired. The loupe and the optical device may be connected to the glasses on number of locations and the relative position of the loupe and optical devices in the trajectory of light may be modified. According to a second exemplary embodiment, loupes may be rigidly connected to eyeglasses and a number of optical elements may be rigidly or rotatably connected to the front end of the loupe so as to reflect the field of view situated at an angle from the loupe viewing direction.

摘要: A spectacle structure with transformable frames is disclosed. In the spectacle structure, an upper frame and a lower frame have corresponding lens assembling parts, as well as corresponding latched holes and latches to combine the upper frame and the lower frame to one spectacle frame. When the upper frame and the lower frame are going to be separated, push resistant blocks of the upper frame can be pushed to move the latches away from the latched position. Accordingly, the upper frame and the lower frame can be separated or assembled to form half-rimmed or full-rimmed spectacles according to the user's needs.

摘要: A modular electronic communication system is disclosed with interchangeable components attachable on eyewear. A plurality of pre-existing eyewear models can each be retrofitted by attachment of one or more of such interchangeable components to that eyewear. Such components can be configured for custom attachment with a particular eyewear or such components can be configured for universal attachment with one or more different eyewear models. The communication system can be configured to produce an adjustable heads-up display for the wearer of the eyewear. The electronic communication system can comprise a plurality of interchangeable, electronically interconnected components, such as a first optical module, a first base module, a base link, a second base module, and/or a second optical module. In some embodiments, one or more or all of the components of the electronic communication system are integrally and permanently attached to an eyewear and are not interchangeable or modular.
