    摘要: A digitally controlled motor drive system using a pulse width modulated motor drive receives a desired motor velocity signal and an actual motor velocity signal and it provides a corresponding velocity error signal. The velocity error signal is adjusted in response to a change in the value of a power voltage supplied to the motor. The velocity error signal may be compensated for back electromotive force and/or for static friction in the motor, if desired. The system is simple, reliable and cost effective.

The motor control device 10 that controls the robot operating motor 102 is equipped with the subtraction unit 109 that calculates the position deviation for which the actual rotational position is subtracted from the position command, the position control unit 110 that converts the position deviation to the speed command, the subtraction unit 111 that calculates the speed deviation for which the actual rotational speed measurement is subtracted from the speed command, the speed control unit 112 that converts the speed deviation to a torque command, the limiter 113 that sets the maximum level of the torque command, the driver 114 that drives the motor 102, and the voltage fluctuation detection unit 115 that detects the voltage fluctuation of the power source 103; in the motor control device 101, when an instantaneous voltage drop is detected by the voltage fluctuation detection unit 115, the position command output unit 108 varies the position command so as to reduce the rotational speed of the motor 102, and the position control unit 110 limits the speed command to be output.

    摘要: A setting in position identification potentiometer is connected to terminals of the motor. The motor is supplied with a voltage (U.sub.feed) possibly variable and switchable between two reverse polarity states according to rotation direction. The potentiometer has a slider which is connected via a first dividing bridge to input of an analog-digital converter subjected to a reference voltage (U.sub.ref) connected to same possibly variable voltage via a second dividing bridge. Output of the analog-digital converter is connected to an electronic module. The resistor value at the ground of each of the two dividing bridges is respectively equal to a product of the other resistor value by a same multiplying coefficient A.

    摘要: An improved window operator has an electrically controlled drive for moving a window between opened and closed positions in response to a command. A plurality of switches are provided for manually or remotely commanding movement of the drive to move the window to a select desired position between the opened and closed positions. A position sensing routine senses actual position of the window between the open and closed positions. The position sensing routine includes a timer for storing a value representing actual position. The value is selectively incremented or decremented at a select rate in response to duration of operation of the drive to move the window between the open and closed positions. The control senses electrical power supplied to the drive. An adjustment routine adjusts the select rate of the timer in response to electric power deviating from a select desired power level. The control compare the desired position to actual position and controls an output coupled to the drive for developing an electrical signal to control the drive in response to a difference between the select and actual positions to minimize the difference.

    摘要: This is a method and associated apparatus for employing a non-regulated voltage input to a DC driver normally outputting a voltage having a curve with a dead band and a variable slope which is a function of the non-regulated voltage input to produce an output to a DC precision positioner from the DC driver which has a constant slope and no deadband. It is particularly useful in pen plotters. The method comprises the steps of, sensing the position of the DC precision positioner and outputting a digital signal indicating the position; calculating the slope of the voltage output from the DC driver; obtaining a pre-established voltage compensation value on a compensation voltage curve which will force the voltage output from the DC driver to attain a value on a voltage curve having a constant slope and no deadband; and, inputting the pre-established voltage compensation value to the DC driver in combination with the non-regulated voltage input whereby the voltage output from the DC driver driving the DC precision positioner attains the value on the voltage curve having a constant slope and no deadband.
