    摘要: An improved electric cable is disclosed herein. The resistance of the electric cable of the present disclosure is surprisingly decreased despite a reduction in the cross-sectional area of the conductor when at least one metal slug is positioned at an end of the cable. Conductor wires, which may or may not be individually insulated, may extend around a metal slug or through an aperture of the slug. In combination with at least one metal slug, the cross-sectional area of individual wires or the amount of wires within a stranded wire cable may be substantially reduced without seeing an expected proportionate increase in electrical resistance, and surprisingly, a decrease in resistance may be observed.

    摘要: A parallel pair cable includes a pair of insulated electric wires aligned in parallel, a shield tape longitudinally wrapped around the pair of insulated electric wires, a drain wire disposed inside the shield tape, and an insulating tape wrapped on an outer side of the shield tape. The shield tape has a metal layer provided on an inner surface thereof. The drain wire is provided to electrically contact the metal layer. A surface of the metal layer is provided with an adhesion surface having an adhesive applied thereto. The adhesion surface and the pair of insulated electric wires are adhered to each other. An area of the adhesion surface is 30% to 70% of a surface area of the metal layer.

    摘要: A multi-core electric power metal conductive wire is manufactured according to the steps as follow: first, providing a plurality of solid conductive cores; next, providing a first conductive metal material with a first DC resistance to encase each conductive core to form a conductive strand; collecting and binding a plurality of conductive strands in one bundle; providing at least one sheet type second conductive metal material to encase the bundle of the conductive strands to form a conductive bus and form a connection seam between two side walls of the second conductive metal material not yet connected; forming an electric connection spot at the connection seam through a welding process; and finally providing an insulation encasing material to encase the conductive bus to finish the multi-core electric power metal conductive wire. The invention provides a simpler fabrication process and can reduce skin effect of the metal conductive wire.
