摘要： A movable contact for a rotary switch is provided. The movable contact includes first and second contacts for contacting a stationary contact, where the first and second contacts are arranged at a distance from each other for receiving the stationary contact between the first and second contacts. The first contact is a straight contact blade for contacting stationary contacts at both ends of the blade. The second contact is a spring element configured to bend when the stationary contact is placed between the first contact and the second contact, and to cause a pressing force to the stationary contact to press the stationary contact against the first contact after the stationary contact has been placed between the first contact and the second contact.

摘要： A two-position rotary switch assembly is constructed of a mounting member and a switching member. The mounting member has an electrically non-conducting body in the form of a head portion with a central opening and a shank portion with a throughbore in axial alignment with the central opening. The switching member includes an electrically non-conducting rotary part having a shaft portion rotatably disposed in the throughbore of the mounting member and a knob portion which includes a flange integrally formed in normal relation to the shaft portion and slidingly engaging the head portion of the mounting member. Stop means is provided for limiting the rotational motion of the switching member between two arcuate positions. An electrical contact member is mounted on the shaft portion and includes an arm portion that is disposed along a chordal flat formed inwardly of the circumferential surface of the shaft portion. A longitudinal slot formed in the shank portion of the mounting member is orientated relative to the shaft portion such that the slot is in direct alignment with the recess upon the switching member being moved to one of the two switching positions.

摘要： A control switch for electric circuits produced in accordance with the present invention is distinguished over the prior art switches in that its stationary contact elements are secured inside the housing on two opposite walls along concentric circles so that they form pairs of contacts, whereas the movable contact elements are disposed on the surfaces of the carrier disk along the corresponding concentric circles, said disk being disposed inside the housing in such a manner that its axis of rotation passes transversely to the longitudinal axis of the switch, being the centre of said concentric circles. Thus, said movable contact elements can bridge the distance between respective pairs of stationary contact elements when said disk is turned under the action of the switching mechanism which determines the angular position of the disk.
