    摘要: An electric heating mat may include an outer sleeve having an interior, and an end with an opening to the interior. The end may be folded upon itself into a closed condition, and unfolded into an opened condition. When the end is closed, the interior of the outer sleeve may provide a sealed enclosure. The sealed enclosure may accommodate and protect internal components, such as heating elements, a power source, and associated controls. The heating elements, associated wiring, and an insulation layer may be provided in an inner sleeve, which may be insertable into the outer sleeve as a unit. When the end is opened, the opening provides access to the internal components. Such access allows the power source to be turned on to supply power to the heating elements.

    摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of heating clothing, specifically to a heating clothing control device and a heating clothing. The heating clothing control device includes a control circuit board, connection wires and a housing with a plurality of heating control modules. An indicator light control module and a plurality of heating control modules are provided on the control circuit board. Each accommodation area is provided therein with a limit plate. The control circuit board is placed in the housing to make the indicator light control module and the plurality of heating control modules be clipped in different accommodation areas and respectively abut against the limiting plates. The present application divides the operating areas of different heating control modules by arranging a plurality of accommodation areas in the housing to reduce the influence of a certain heating control module on other heating control modules during operation.

    摘要: An electric heating device and method of use for heating apparel wherein the electric heating device has as plurality of integral pad-like constructions, each having a plurality of substantially planar fabric layers with a proximal surface and a distal surface with respect to the user. A plurality of electrically conductive wires are embedded in or attached to the interior or exterior surface of at least one of the plurality of substantially planar fabric layers. The plurality of integral pad-like constructions are connected in series or parallel by the insulated wire and the insulated wire is removably attachable to a compact, light weight power source such that the insulated wire conducts electricity to the electrically conductive wires when attached to the power source. When the electricity runs through the electrically conductive wires, it produces heat in at least one integral pad-like construction. The compact, lightweight power source is stored in or on the apparel.

    摘要: A fine heating wire having a small diameter and applicable to various products. The fine heating wire is bendable, densely installed, and has high thermal efficiency. It includes a core formed with synthetic fiber material and a coil spirally wound around the outer portion of the core. The core connects one or more pairs of polyaramid fiber units. Each unit is formed by braiding dozens to hundreds of fine polyaramid fiber strands to maintain the diameter within 200-600 denier. The coil is formed of copper or copper alloy to withstand temperature rising up to 60° within five minutes when 3.7-12V power is supplied to maintain a resistance per unit length value equal to or greater than 0.5 Ω/m. The diameter of the fine heating wire is minimized to be installed inside a slim fiber, and is bendable and densely installed to be applied to products, such as gloves and socks.
