    摘要： A method of forming a homogenous composite pipe of unspecified length from strips of fiber reinforced thermoplastic material is disclosed. A mandrel is arranged stationary in a process direction to extend freely from a first supported end to a second end. A slip-sheath is applied about the mandrel. The thermoplastic material strips are wound about the slip-sheath. A section of the thermoplastic material strip winding is consolidated. The slip-sheath is formed from tape material which is applied longitudinally onto the mandrel surface. The slip-sheath is connected to a puller arranged downstream of the mandrel in the process direction. Consolidated pipe sections are pulled off from the second end of the mandrel in synchronization with the winding and consolidation. An assembly for carrying out the method.

    摘要： A working apparatus for pasting two continuous paper webs together having patterns is provided which can be made small as a whole and whose pasting processing treatment reduces a paper loss occurring when the apparatus starts to operate.To this end, the apparatus which has an upper paper line 1 along which a continuous upper paper web 2 having a pattern printed thereon is driven to travel by a drive unit, a lower paper line 3 along which a continuous lower paper 4 web having a pattern printed thereon is driven to travel by a drive unit, a pasting unit 5 for pasting the upper and lower paper webs together into a combined paper web 7 while registering the patterns on them with each other, a combined paper line 6 along which the combined paper web 7 is driven to travel by a drive unit and a processing unit disposed in each corresponding one of the lines upstream and downstream of the pasting unit for processing the paper web traveling along the corresponding line, comprises: a paste applying unit 23 disposed in the lower paper line upstream of the pasting unit and whose paste applying operation can be turned on and off; an upper paper winding unit 31 disposed downstream of the pasting unit for winding up the upper paper web passed through the pasting unit; and a drive source provided for each corresponding one of the drive and processing units and operable individually.

    摘要： This invention relates to a machine for bonding up to three film comprising: a first unit designed to unwind a first film associated with a spreader/applicator unit to apply an adhesive material to one surface of said film; a second unit designed to unwind a second film associated with a spreader/applicator unit to apply an adhesive material to one surface of said film; a third unit designed to unwind a third film; and a fourth unit comprising two bonding machines designed to join the various layers of film together. Said bonding units comprise a bonding calender, onto which the various layers of film are wound, and at least one presser roller which is subject to the action of hydraulic actuators, the two bonding units being positioned between the two pay-off/applicator units.The present invention also relates to a method for bonding three films composed of materials which can be of a nature similar to and/or different from one another, using the same bonding unit.

    摘要： An apparatus for producing an elastomeric nonwoven laminate including a plurality of elastomeric strands joined to a nonwoven web in a controlled distribution is provided. The apparatus includes an extruder for extruding a plurality of elastomeric strands onto a cooled surface of a rotating drum, which transports the strands in parallel alignment to a nip formed between two rollers rotating about parallel axis. The drum transfers the plurality of strands to the nip in a controlled distribution where it is bonded with the nonwoven. The apparatus also includes elements which automate the apparatus for creating the elastomeric nonwoven laminate.
