摘要： A mobile tool facility is provided having a container configured to be moved to a plurality of locations. A portal system is positioned in an interior of the container and spaced from a container end allowing access to the portal system. The portal system is operable to control access into and out of the container. A radio frequency shield wall is positioned in the interior of the container and spaced from the portal system allowing access between the portal system and the shield wall. The shield wall is configured to reduce an amount of electromagnetic energy entering the interior of the container. An auxiliary power unit associated with the container is operable to provide power to the portal system. A plurality of items stored in the interior of the container in a controlled space is available to be removed from the container through the portal system by an authorized individual.

摘要： A locking arrangement serving for locking a door hinged on a casing on e.g. a container by a combination or key lock. The locking arrangement comprises a rotatable closing rod for keeping the door closed by engaging the casing in a closed position; a fitting having a U-shaped part encompassing at least a length of the closing rod; two flushing locking holes made with one hole in each of the opposite walls of the U-shaped part; a transverse hole made in the closing rod and flushing with the locking holes in the closed position; and a bolt having a first section provided with a head, and a second section displaceably mounted in the lock between a locked inner position and an unlocked outer position; whereby the locking arrangement is locked when the bolt is extending through the transverse hole and the locking holes in locked inner position. The first section of the bolt is a separate part for detachably being assembled to its second section, whereby the locking arrangement continuously can function with a bolt head acting as seal without risk of the locking mechanism of the lock thereby being damaged or ruined by impurities or moisture.

摘要： A hasp-type includes a hasp member with a base having a latch leaf is pivotally mounted thereon and has an aperture adjacent its free end. The staple member has a base with a top wall and a depending sidewall defining a cavity thereunder, and the top wall has an opening therethrough. A post member has a pedestal portion which extends through the opening into the cavity of the staple base, and a post portion which extends upwardly through the aperture in the arm in its closed position. The post member has an enlarged portion about its periphery and is rotatable to locate its elongate axis so that it overlies a portion of the latch leaf in the closed position and prevents its being pivoted upwardly. The post member includes a manipulatable releasable latch element engageable with the staple member in its latching position, and a combination lock on the post member precludes disengagement of the latch element when it is locked.

The lock system consists of a keyless lock device with a coded input control for locking and unlocking itself, a compartment for storing objects, a wireless communication device for receiving cell phone calls and performing identity verification, an information processing and display device for capturing, storing and displaying data, instructions, images, graphics, messages, advertisements and system operational information, and a handle for attaching the lock system to a property it protects and controls access. The communication device operates under cell phone communication standards and decodes dial tone signals whereas the information display offers data interaction, procedural instructions and ads. The system can be powered by a solar pane.
