摘要: Provided is a desulfurization device that allows for the easy and accurate disposition of a spray pipe inside an absorption tower. Provided is a desulfurization device including: an absorption tower (10); and a spray pipe (20) disposed inside the absorption tower (10). The spray pipe (20) includes: a cylindrical pipe portion (21), the leading end of which is closed; and an attachment flange (24) attached to the pipe portion (21). The absorption tower (10) includes: an opening hole (14e) opening toward the side; and a flange (14a) disposed around the opening hole (14e). The attachment flange (24) and the flange (14a) are detachably attached.

摘要: An air pollution control system includes a denitration device that removes nitrogen oxide in flue gas from a boiler; a heat transfer tube for recovering part of heat of the flue gas after denitration; a precipitator that removes soot and dust in the flue gas after heat recovery; a desulfurization device that removes sulfur oxide in the flue gas discharged from the precipitator; a heat transfer tube for heating the flue gas discharged from the desulfurization device; a circulation pump that circulates a heat medium between the heat transfer tubes; a heat medium heater provided to the circulation pipe to heat the heat medium; and a control device that controls the heat medium heater based on an ammonia concentration at an outlet of the denitration device. The control device causes the heat medium heater to heat the heat medium when the ammonia concentration is higher than a certain value.

摘要: A spray flying system for drying wastewater to be dried includes: an exhaust as introduction line for introducing the exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas generation source, the exhaust gas introduction line being connected to a plurality of exhaust gas ducts for allowing the exhaust gas to flow through; and at least one spray drying device connected to the exhaust gas introduction line and configured to bring the exhaust gas introduced from the exhaust gas introduction line into contact with the wastewater. The number of spray drying device is smaller than the number of the plurality of exhaust gas ducts.

摘要: Provided is an air pollution control system including: a denitration apparatus; an air heater; a precipitator; a desulfurization apparatus; a dehydrator; a spray drying apparatus provided with a spray unit that is configured to spray dehydrated filtrate supplied from the dehydrator; a flue gas introduction line through which a branch gas branched from the flue gas is introduced to the spray drying apparatus; a flue gas supply line through which a flue gas from the spray drying apparatus returns to a main flue gas duct; a solid content separator that performs a solid-gas separation on solid contents contained in the flue gas; and a kneader that performs kneading and immobilizing treatment on the separated solid contents together with an immobilization aid.

摘要: A spray drying apparatus includes: a gas inlet provided in a side wall in the vicinity of a top (lid) portion of the spray drying apparatus, for introducing a flue gas for drying a spray of dehydrated filtrate; flow-adjusting plates provided in a body of the spray drying apparatus, for decelerating the introduced flue gas so as to change the flow of the flue gas to a laminar flow; a spray nozzle for spraying the dehydrated filtrate from the desulfurization waste water into the flue gas having been changed to the laminar flow; and a joining unit for joining a bottom portion of the body of the spray drying apparatus to a gas supply line that is a main flue gas duct for the flue gas so as to discharge spray-dried solids to the main flue gas duct.

摘要: A ship desulfurization device for desulfurizing exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas generation device mounted to a ship includes: an absorber including an absorber body unit defining an interior space having a longitudinal direction and having an exhaust gas introducing port formed on an end portion of the absorber body unit with respect to the longitudinal direction, the exhaust gas introducing port being in communication with the interior space; and an exhaust gas introducing device for introducing exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas generation device to the absorber body unit. When L is a maximum length of the interior space of the absorber body unit with respect to the longitudinal direction, and W is a maximum width of the interior space of the absorber body unit with respect to a lateral direction that is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, a ratio (W:L) of the maximum width W to the maximum length L is within a range of 1:over 1.1 and 1:6.0 or under 6.0.
