摘要: A micropore ultrasonic disintegration device for sludge cell disintegration is provided, including an ultrasonic treatment chamber. The ultrasonic treatment chamber is internally provided with a first stirring mechanism which includes a reciprocating lead screw. One end of the reciprocating lead screw penetrates through a top surface of the ultrasonic treatment chamber, and the other end of the reciprocating lead screw is provided with stirring blades. The ultrasonic treatment chamber is internally provided with a second stirring mechanism, a side wall of the ultrasonic treatment chamber is provided with a first opening, and an inner wall of the ultrasonic treatment chamber is provided with a switch mechanism. The switch mechanism includes a baffle plate and a second connecting rod. The side wall of the ultrasonic treatment chamber is provided with an ultrasonic generator, and the top surface of the ultrasonic treatment chamber is provided with a liquid inlet pipe.

摘要: The present disclosure provides apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure processing device that is configured to simplify batch processing. In an embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a processing module configured to reduce a particle size of a material or achieve a desired liquid processing result for the material, a pump configured to pump the material to an inlet of the processing module, a recirculation pathway configured to recirculate the material from an outlet of the processing module back to the pump, an input device configured to receive at least one user input variable, and a controller configured to (i) determine a number of pump strokes for the pump based on the user input variable, and (ii) control the pump according to the determined number of pump strokes so that the material makes a plurality of passes through the processing module.

摘要: A double shaft paddle mixer, including a barrel chamber, and a first paddle screw and a second paddle screw. The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.

摘要: The proposed multifunctional hydrodynamic vortex type reactor includes —a housing having curvilinear inner sidewalls, —a base attached to the housing, an inverse taper narrowing downward and attached to the top of housing, —a supporting tube passing at least through the housing and base, —a set of washers tapered downward and mounted on an outer surface of the supporting tube such that outer upper edges of the set of washers and the inner sidewalls form predetermined gaps therebetween, and —a number of inlets tangentially attached to the base for introducing, under external pressure, a solid substance and a liquid (or a suspension of their mixture) thereinto, forming a circulating flow therein. The flow forms a high speed bypassing cavitation zone and, changing its direction at the inverse taper, forms a vortex cavitation zone, providing for mixing and grinding the substance up to nanoscale sizes. Methods for intensifying cavitation are also provided.

摘要: Blending devices can be used to blend material directly in a container such as a disposable container, such as a paper or plastic cup. In some instances, a disposable container can be coupled to an adapter that includes a blade assembly to blend a food product. The food product can be blended directly within the container when the container is coupled to the adapter and supported with a support sleeve that at least partially surrounds an exterior of the disposable container. In further instances, a stand can selectively couple with multiple different sizes of sleeves and disposable containers to the adapter. The food product can be blended directly within the disposable container without causing damage or flex to the disposable container.

摘要: A food recycler can include a housing defining an interior and an access opening to the interior. A mixing bin can be located within the interior and can have an inlet and an outlet. The food recycler can further include an output bin, the output bin having an inlet. The outlet of the mixing bin can couple or connect to the inlet of the output bin. The food recycler further has a transfer assembly for transferring food waste from the mixing bin to the output bin. The transfer assembly includes a chute mounted to the housing and operably coupling the first outlet of the mixing bin to the second inlet of the output bin, and at least one vibration damper positioned between the housing and the chute configured to allow flexibility of the chute to vibrate relative to the housing.

摘要: A household appliance includes the food preparation container, into which an ingredient for food preparation can be fed by the user. The household appliance includes at least one sensor for determining a feeding quantity of an ingredient as the ingredient is being fed into the food preparation container. A control device of the household appliance is configured to determine the feeding quantity based on a sensor signal of the at least one sensor such that a user can prepare particularly reliably and reproducibly a food that requires a uniform feed of an ingredient for a predetermined period of time.
