    摘要: A new method for the production and use of a carbon-isotope monoxide enriched gas-mixture from an initial carbon-isotope dioxide gas mixture is presented. The method comprises the steps of providing carbon-isotope dioxide in a suitable carrier gas, converting carbon-isotope dioxide to carbon-isotope monoxide by introducing said gas mixture in a reactor device, trapping carbon-isotope monoxide in a carbon monoxide trapping device, wherein carbon-isotope monoxide is trapped but not said carrier gas, and releasing said trapped carbon-isotope monoxide from said trapping device in a well defined micro-plug, whereby a volume of carbon-isotope monoxide enriched gas-mixture is achieved, which is confined in a reactor and pressurized with a reagent. Further, a system for producing a carbon-isotope monoxide enriched gas-mixture according the method is presented.

    摘要: The tert-butyl ester of an aliphatic C1-C4-carboxylic acid is prepared by reacting the carboxylic acid with isobutene in the liquid phase in the presence of an acidic catalyst by a continuous process in which the reaction is carried out in a reactor divided into a plurality of sections, the carboxylic acid, the isoolefin and the catalyst are fed into the first section of the reactor, the reaction mixture obtained is removed from the last section of the reactor and the ester is isolated therefrom, the reaction temperature in the reactor being controlled so that it is from 10 to 40null C. and is highest in the first section of the reactor. The novel process permits the technically simple, economical and environmentally friendly preparation of tertiary butyl esters of saturated and unsaturated C1-C4-carboxylic acids.

    摘要: The invention relates to methods and apparatus for mixing a plurality of gases. The preferred embodiments of the invention comprise forming bubbles of at least two gases injected separately into a liquid, and passing said bubbles through a gas-induced turbulent liquid region to enhance gas transfer between bubbles and to thereby mix the at least two gases. Creating the gas-induced turbulent liquid region preferably includes using a high gas superficial velocity, and may further include using powered mechanical devices, static internal structures, fluid recirculation, or combinations thereof. The gas mixture is preferably supplied to a reaction zone. In one embodiment a bubble tank mixer supplies a gas mixture comprising oxygen and a hydrocarbon gas to an oxidation reaction zone disposed above said mixer. In alternative embodiments the reaction zone and mixer may be integrated into the same vessel.

    摘要: A Machine for Production of Granular Silicon which provides a fluidized bed reactor with one or more stages each stage having a heating section located below a reacting section and a mechanism that pulses granules back and forth between the heating and reacting sections, separate cooled injectors for silicon containing gases and uncooled injectors for non silicon containing gases, heaters to heat the non silicon containing gases above the reaction temperature and the silicon containing gases to a temperature just below their decomposition temperature. In the preferred embodiment the heater for the silicon containing gases controls the condensing vapor of a heat transfer fluid to a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the silicon containing gases. The preferred design for cooling the injectors uses a water-cooled microchannel design, which minimizes parasitic heat losses. A further preferred feature is the use of an enclosed noncontaminating sieving device to selectively remove product and recycle undersize material. An additional feature are the use of a weigh cell with frequency analysis capability to provide information on the weight of the reactor and the force exerted by the pulsing action of the granules.

The apparatus can specify and control the feeding conditions of different reactive gases comprehensively and appropriately, enabling uniform contact and reaction of the gases and giving improved productivity.
