摘要: The present invention relates to a high heat-resistant/oxidation-resistant/flame retardant-non-flammable liquid ceramic coating film for protecting an exterior of an apparatus in an extreme environment. Provided are a method of forming a high heat-resistant coating film including: (a) preparing a liquid ceramic filling agent by mixing a ceramic filler including iron (III) oxide (Fe3O4) powder, a diluent, and an inorganic nanosol; (b) applying the liquid ceramic filling agent to at least one surface of a substrate to form a coating film; and (c) curing the coating film by drying the substrate, and a high heat-resistant coating film prepared thereby.

摘要: A method for producing the component, and to the use of the component. The method for producing a three-dimensional, ceramic component containing silicon carbide, by a) providing a powdery composition having a grain size (d50) between 3 microns and 500 microns and comprising at least 50 wt % of coke, b) providing a liquid binder, c) depositing a layer of the material provided in a) in a planar manner and locally depositing drops of the material provided in b) onto said layer and repeating step c), the local depositing of the drops in the subsequent repetitions of the step is adapted in accordance with the desired shape of the component to be produced, d) at least partially curing or drying the binder and obtaining a green body having the desired shape of the component, e) carbonising the green body, and f) siliconising the carbonised green body by infiltration with liquid silicon.

摘要: The disclosure provides a curable coating composition including 10-50 vol. % inorganic binder, based on the total volume of solids in the dry coating composition, wherein the inorganic binder is an alkali metal silicate or an alkaline earth metal silicate and 50-90 vol. % inorganic filler, based on the total volume of solids in the coating composition, wherein the binder and the filler are not the same and the coating is substantially free of an organic polymeric binder. Further provided are ceiling tiles having a backing side and an opposing facing side, and a cured coating layer supported by the backing side of the panel, the cured coating layer including the curable coating composition of the disclosure and methods of preparing same.

The zirconia sintered body contains at least one of a coloring agent A, which is erbium oxide and a coloring agent B, which is nickel oxide, and contains a composite oxide of zirconium and vanadium. A composition, containing zirconium oxide, yttrium oxide, and a coloring agent, where the coloring agent contains at least one of a coloring agent A, which is erbium oxide and a coloring agent B, which is nickel oxide, and contains a coloring agent C, which is a composite oxide of zirconium and vanadium.

摘要: The disclosure herein relates to a method for preparing ceramic grains comprising: making a slurry comprising inorganic particles and a gelling agent; making droplets of the slurry; introducing the droplets in a liquid gelling-reaction medium wherein the droplets are gellified; deforming the droplets before, during or after gellification; drying the gellified deformed droplets, thereby obtaining dried grains and sintering the dried grains, thereby obtaining the ceramic grains. The disclosure herein further relates to ceramic grains obtainable by a disclosed method.
