    摘要： An apparatus for cutting concrete is provided and includes a frame having a plurality of support wheels located thereon. A prime mover assembly is connected to the frame, and a concrete cutting blade is drivingly connected to the prime mover. The blade is mounted for generally upward and downward movement relative to the frame for engaging and disengaging from a surface to be cut. A carriage having an anti-spalling roller mounted thereon is connected to the frame such that the carriage positions a surface contact portion of the anti-spalling roller in alignment with a blade exit location for an operative range of cutting depths.

A detachable core sleeve (2) is arranged in the interior of the drilling cylinder (1). The cutting elements (3) extend radially inwardly at least for the wall thickness (a) of the core sleeve (2). The core sleeve (2) serves to receive a core formed of removed masonry and is intended to facilitate removal of the core from the drill bit. The manageability of the drill bit is substantially improved in this way.

    摘要： A concrete cutting saw and the process of using the concrete cutting saw for making a 45° chamfer cut at an edge of a 90° cut through a concrete wall. The process includes the steps of cutting a 90° cut through a concrete wall with a 90° saw mounted on a trolley riding along a track affixed to the concrete adjacent the cut. The 90° blade is lifted so that it is above the wall surface and a chamfer saw assembly is affixed to the frame. Next, the chamfer saw motor is started and the saw is lowered into a cutting position and the trolley is once again moved along the track, thereby forming a 45° chamfer along the edge of the cut. The apparatus utilizes a chamfer saw frame affixed to the trolley frame after the 90° saw blade has been lifted. The chamfer saw frame is mounted so that it is directly in the position which the 90° saw occupies when the 90° saw blade 16 is in a cutting position.

    摘要： Disclosed is a dicing machine for cutting a CSP plate into pellets and for transferring and putting them in a transport tray. The pick-up-and-transport means picks a selected pellet from a diced CSP plate to carry and put the so selected pellet in an allotted cell in a transport tray. On the way to the transport tray storage area, there is cleaning means for wiping and removing minute pieces of debris if any from the rear side of each pellet. The cleaning means includes a wiper in the form of rotary sponge roll, which is wet with washing liquid, and is rotated to expose its clean surface to each pellet all the time.

The assembly has a plurality of parallel arms that are connected and permit the oscillating motion of the arms. The vertical blade is connected to the arms which place the blade in motion. The assembly has a base unit to provide support for the assembly. A coolant tray is positioned around the base unit. A water pump and accompanying tubing is used to circulate the coolant to the blade. Several cutting blades are also disclosed.
