摘要： A semi-finished wood simulating product and method is disclosed. The product is manufactured by providing a substrate having at least one surface to be finished. A liquid basecoat is applied on the substrate and dried. A wood grain pattern is deposited, in liquid form, on the basecoat. Some of the pattern is transferred from the originally deposited position on the basecoat to a subsequent position. The pattern is then cured. A polymerizable protective coating is applied onto the substrate overlying the basecoat and the pattern. The protective coating seals the substrate and is adapted for accepting a colorant to be applied by an end user. The protective coating is then polymerized. Additionally, if a porous substrate is provided, a sealer is applied prior to the liquid basecoat and is then cured.

A T die film is also provided, composing polypropylene wherein the film has a molecular weight distribution of about 4.2 or less and a die swell ratio of 1.28 or more. A method of producing a T die film is also provided, comprising the steps of melt-kneading polypropylene by an extruder, extruding the melted product through a die lip, and cool-solidifying the extruded material by a cooling roll to form a film. The film resulting by this method has a molecular weight distribution about of 4.2 or less and a die swell ratio of about 1.28 or more. Further, the present invention provides a laminated molded body comprising a heat molded body composed of a polypropylene resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of polypropylene resin (A), about 0.01 to about 45 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin (B) and a substrate comprising a thermoplastic resin.

The invention further provides methods for manufacturing such cast coated printing sheets.

摘要： Improved disposable three layered pads for collecting cooking grease produced during the cooking of fatty foods particularly in the cooking area of a microwave oven as described in U.S. Pat. No. 5,814,396. These pads comprise (a) a top grease absorbing layer having at least one ply of a grease absorptive sheet; (b) a middle grease and high temperature resistant layer; and (c) a bottom layer composed of an anti-stick heat insulating sheet. The pad is dimensioned to cover a substantial portion of the bottom cooking area of a microwave oven when used in these devices. The top layer is from 2 to 50 times thicker than the middle and bottom layer. The improvement comprises a small yet effective amount of anti-stick coating on the top layer of these three layered pads. These anti-stick coatings may be selected from such substances as vegetable oils, animal fats and synthetic lubricants.
