    摘要: Disclosed herein are methods for the preparation of porous metal oxide materials, including metal oxide xerogels and metal oxide aerogels. Methods for preparing porous metal oxide materials can comprise (i) reacting a metal alkoxide with water in the presence of a catalyst system to form a partially hydrolyzed sol, (ii) contacting the partially hydrolyzed sol with a base catalyst and a non-aqueous solvent to form a precursor gel; and (iii) drying the precursor gel to form the porous metal oxide material. The catalyst system employed in step (i) comprises a combination of a weak acid and a strong acid.

    摘要: A fiber sheet having first and second surfaces and spaces therein is prepared. The spaces of the fiber sheet are impregnated with silica sol containing water glass and ethylene carbonate. Silica gel is formed by causing the silica sol with which the spaces of the fiber sheet is impregnated to gel while a difference between respective temperatures at the first and surfaces of the fiber sheet is equal to or larger than 50° C. The silica gel is hydrophobized, thereby providing a thermal insulation sheet. In the thermal insulation sheet, compressibilities of the first and second surfaces for a predetermined pressure applied thereto are different from each other. The thermal insulation sheet may be disposed between two battery cells so as to prevent one sell from influencing the other even if the one expands.

    摘要: A wet gel granule of aerogel is prepared by the following steps: mixing step: mixing with an organic mixed solvent to form a mixed solution; hydrolysis step: adding an acid catalyst to the mixed solution for carrying out a hydrolysis reaction, and adding a dispersion solvent during the condensation reaction, and agitating to gel the mixed solution during agitation and produce multiple hydrophilic or hydrophobic wet gel granules of aerogel. The overall preparation speed can be shortened quickly and at the same time the hydrophilic or hydrophobic wet gel granules of aerogel wet glue particles are prepared to increase the production efficiency of the wet gel granules of aerogel.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a silica aerogel and a silica aerogel produced thereby. More specifically, a first water glass solution is used to form a first silica wet gel, and then a second water glass solution is additionally added to form a second silica wet gel organically bonded to the first silica wet gel which serves as a basic skeleton, so that a silica aerogel with enhanced physical properties is formed to increase the resistance to shrinkage in ambient drying. Thus, a low-density silica aerogel may be formed, and the concentrations of the first and second water glass solutions may be adjusted to control the physical properties of the silica aerogel.

    摘要: A method for producing silica aerogel according to the present invention includes: a solation step of generating a sol by adding monoalkyltrialkoxysilane to an acidic aqueous solution containing silicic acid; and a gelation step of generating a wet gel by gelating the sol. Moreover, the production method includes a drying step of removing a solvent, which is contained in the wet gel, from the wet gel by drying the wet gel at less than a critical temperature of the solvent and at less than a critical pressure of the solvent. Then, the monoalkyltrialkoxysilane is added to the acidic aqueous solution so that an amount of silicon in the monoalkyltrialkoxysilane becomes 1 mol part or more with respect to 1 mol part of an amount of silicon in the acidic aqueous solution containing the silicic acid.
