    摘要: An ozonation-based method for producing a cementitious material comprises the steps of: (1) mixing a flue gas with an ozone-containing gas to form a mixed flue gas; and introducing the mixed flue gas into an absorption tower, where the mixed flue gas undergoes dry desulfurization and denitrification by reacting with a powdered desulfurizing and denitrificating agent and becomes a treated flue gas; (2) subjecting the treated flue gas to dust removal to generate by-products; and (3) uniformly mixing raw materials that comprise the first by-product, magnesium oxide, fly ash and an additive to give a cementitious material, wherein on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the cementitious material, the first by-product is 20-60 parts by weight, magnesium oxide is 16-33 parts by weight, the fly ash is 15-35 parts by weight, and the additive is 1-15 parts by weight.

    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for producing cement through flue gas desulfurization, and specifically provides an apparatus and a method for simultaneously producing magnesium sulfate cement during a magnesium oxide based flue gas desulfurization process. The apparatus of the present invention includes a flue gas desulfurization equipment, a concentration equipment, a crystallization equipment, a centrifugation equipment, a drying equipment, a waste ash supplying equipment, a slag material supplying equipment, a mixing equipment, etc. By adopting the apparatus and method of the present invention, the problems in the present conventional cement production such as high energy cost, severe damage to the environment and so on can be solved, and the problems like high production cost of ordinary magnesium sulfate cement and high transportation cost of supplies thereby causing incapability in a large scale market spreading and application can also be solved.

    摘要: Cementitious compositions and methods for producing the cementitious compositions are described herein. The methods can include mixing a compound of the general formula MaSibXcOd, MaSibXcOd(OH)e, MaSibXc(OH)e, or MaSibXc(OH)e.(H2O)f, wherein M comprises a metal that can react with carbon dioxide in a carbonation reaction to form a carbonate, Si forms an oxide during the carbonation reaction, X is an element other than M or Si, a, b, d, e, and f are greater than zero, and c is zero or greater, with a rapid setting hydraulic cement to produce a cementitious mixture. The methods can further include hydrating the cementitious mixture and carbonating the cementitious mixture. Carbonating the cementitious mixture can occur simultaneously with hydrating the cementitious mixture or subsequent to hydrating the cementitious mixture. In some embodiments, the non-hydraulic cement can comprise wollastonite. The hydraulic cement can be in an amount of from 5 wt % to 80 wt % of the cementitious composition.
