摘要: The present disclosure provides a process for producing trifluoroiodomethane, the process comprising providing a reactant stream comprising hydrogen iodide and at least one trifluoroacetyl halide selected from the group consisting of trifluoroacetyl chloride, trifluoroacetyl fluoride, trifluoroacetyl bromide, and combinations thereof, reacting the reactant stream in the presence of a first catalyst at a first reaction temperature from about 25° C. to about 400° C. to produce an intermediate product stream comprising trifluoroacetyl iodide, and reacting the intermediate product stream in the presence of a second catalyst at a second reaction temperature from about 200° C. to about 600° C. to produce a final product stream comprising the trifluoroiodomethane.

摘要: Provided is a production method that enables production of monofluoromethane by a gas phase flow method without using a catalyst. The method of producing monofluoromethane includes causing electrical discharge of a feedstock gas containing a fluorine-containing inorganic compound, a compound represented by formula 1: CH3—R (R is a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom, or an organic group other than a hydrocarbon group), and an inert gas, while in a continuous flow state, and then causing continuous release to outside of an electrical discharge zone.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing 3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1243zf), the process comprising: (a) fluorinating CCl3CH2CH2Cl (250fb) to produce a reaction product comprising CF3CH2CH2Cl (253fb) in the liquid phase in a first reactor, using HF as the fluorinating agent; and (b) (i) dehydrohalogenating 253fb to produce 1243zf in the vapour phase in the present of a catalyst in a second reactor; or (b)(ii) dehydrohalogenating 253fb to produce 1243zf in a second reactor, wherein the reaction product comprising 253fb produced in step (a) has subjected to one or more purification steps before step (b). The present invention also provides an azeotropic or near-azeotropic composition comprising HF and 253fb.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a compound of Formula 1 wherein Q and Z are as defined in the disclosure comprising distilling water from a mixture comprising a compound of Formula 2, a compound of Formula 3, a base comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metal hydroxides of Formula 4 wherein M is Ca, Sr or Ba, alkali metal carbonates of Formula 4a wherein M1 is Li, Na or K, 1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene, and an aprotic solvent capable of forming a low-boiling azeotrope with water. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a compound of Formula 2 comprising (1) forming a reaction mixture comprising a Grignard reagent derived from contacting a compound of Formula 5 wherein X is Cl, Br or I with magnesium metal or an alkylmagnesium halide in the presence of an ethereal solvent, and then (2) contacting the reaction mixture with a compound of Formula 6 wherein Y is OR11 or NR12R13, and R11, R12 and R13 are as defined in the disclosure. Further disclosed is a method for preparing a compound of Formula 7 wherein Q and Z are as defined in the disclosure, using a compound of Formula 1 characterized by preparing the compound of Formula 1 by the method disclosed above or using a compound of Formula 1 prepared by the method disclosed above.
