摘要: A fluid machine, heat exchanger, and operating method of fluid machine. The fluid machine includes: a rotation shaft (10), a cylinder (20), and a piston assembly (30). The rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) are eccentrically disposed relative to each other and an eccentric distance is fixed. The piston assembly (30) has a variable volume chamber (31). Because the eccentric distance between the rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) is fixed, the rotation shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) rotate about their respective axes thereof during motion and the position of center of mass remains unchanged, so that the piston assembly (30) is allowed to rotate stably and continuously when moving in the cylinder (20); and vibration of the fluid machine is mitigated, a regular pattern for changes in the volume of the variable volume cavity is ensured.

摘要: A rotating cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston, a piston shaft assembly, a main body and a guiding assembly. The cylinder body defines a receiving chamber. The piston, the piston shaft assembly, the main body and the guiding assembly are received in the receiving chamber. The piston shaft assembly is fixed to the piston, and defines at least one guiding groove lengthwise thereof. Each guiding groove includes a spiral portion and an extending portion. The main shaft is non-rotatably connected to the piston shaft assembly away from the piston and exposed out of the cylinder body. The guiding assembly sleeves on the piston shaft assembly and is slidably connected with the at least one guiding groove. The main shaft is driven to rotate when the guiding assembly engages the spiral portion, and move lengthwise when the guiding assembly is slidably connected with the extending portion.

摘要: A housing accommodates a system of chambers which are angularly spaced about an axis about which they also rotate. Each of the chambers has a first center line intersecting the axis of rotation and side walls which extend in parallelism with its center line. A system of pistons is also rotatable in the housing about a second axis and has a plurality of angularly spaced piston members each of which has a portion located on an imaginary circle concentric with the axis of rotation of the piston system and intersecting the axis of rotation of the chamber system. Ths piston members each have a longitudinal second center line which intersects the circle and the axis of rotation of the respective pistons enter into and exit from the respective chambers in longitudinal direction of the first center lines of the chambers.

Also disclosed is a compressor with the compressor pump structure.

摘要: A heat exchanger and associated method are provided that may eliminate or reduce the need for an external mechanical or electrical power source to drive the fan by utilization, instead, of a Stirling engine. A heat exchanger includes a plurality of coils configured to carry a primary fluid. The heat exchanger also includes a fan including a plurality of fan blades configured to force a secondary fluid across the plurality of coils to facilitate heat transfer between the primary and secondary fluids. The heat exchanger also includes a Stirling engine operably connected to the fan and configured to cause rotation of the fan blades. A corresponding method is also provided.

摘要: A linear actuator for a rotating shaft assembly is provided that includes a cylinder member and a primary piston arranged within a cavity defined by the cylinder member. A first face of the primary piston delimits a first chamber within the cavity and a second face of the primary piston delimits a second chamber within the cavity. A rotatable shaft is fixed to the primary piston and defines a first main passage in fluid communication with the first chamber and a second main passage in fluid communication with the second chamber. A pressure delivery body is rotatably fixed to the rotatable shaft and defines a first delivery passage in fluid communication with the first main passage and a second delivery passage in fluid communication with the second main passage. The pressure delivery body further includes a passage isolation system for selectively isolating fluid communication between the first delivery passage and the first main passage and fluid communication between the second delivery passage and the second main passage. Fluid pressurization of the chambers actuates the rotatable shaft in an axial direction. A pressure limiting system is employed for selectively blocking fluid communication through the first main passage and the second main passage. Blocking fluid communication through the main passages substantially maintains fluid pressurization in the chambers.

摘要: The present disclosure presents several embodiments for metering devices some of which also have pumping capability. The devices utilize one or more pistons located within a cylindrical rotor. As the cylindrical rotor is turned by a suitable torque/power source, a first face of each piston is exposed to an inlet supplying a fluid to be metered. The piston is then moved within the associated channel or bore within the rotor, allowing the volume of the channel to be filled with fluid. The continuing rotation of the rotor then removes the piston from the fluid supply and moves the channel through an angular displacement. The piston is then moved—either through applied power for active pistons or the force of the fluid supply for passive pistons—in the opposite direction, forcing the fluid out of the channel. In this way, a precise amount of fluid can be metered from each channel.

摘要: This invention refers to a piston machine, most particularly an internal-combustion machine, in which the cylinder wall performs a rotating motion round its own axis. Apertures on the cylinder wall allow it to act as a rotating slide valve, so that no valve system is needed. In the first example, the stroke movement of the piston is converted to the rotating motion of the cylinder wall (which on the same time serves as the axle of the machine) through bolts which slide or roll in linear guide-slits in the cylinder wall and curved guide-tracks on the stationary outer part of the machine. The use of the curved guide-tracks allows the adaptation of the time-law for the volume change in the working chamber, to the needs of the mechanics, thermodynamics and reaction kinetics. In the same rotating cylinder are installed two pistons of equal mass which fulfil an exactly symmetrical opposite motion, so that no free accelerating forces exist and therefore no vibrations appear on the machine. In the second example the stroke movement of the piston is converted to the rotating motion of the axle through a crank and two universal joints. The relative position of the axis of the crank and the axis of the cylinder determine the length of the stroke and in consequence its power. The crank's bearing position can vary correspondingly to the cylinder during the function of the machine, so that its power is continuously variable and even its working direction can be reversed without stopping and by constant rotating speed.
