    摘要: A fluid-driven linear motor comprises a cylinder, a piston, and a piston rod connected to the piston. Two sides of the piston in the cylinder are alternately supplied with fluid from a slide valve arrangement. The slide valve arrangement includes a slide and a pilot rod adapted to alternately set a through-bore of a slide in fluid connection with the ends of the slide when the piston is located in its end positions. The pilot rod is provided with an extension rod adapted to move inside a bore of the piston and the piston rod, so that the stroke length of the linear motor can be extended. A pressure chamber is provided at the distal end of the pilot rod. The pressure chamber is adapted to hold the pilot rod with a holding force when in its end positions until mechanical forces from the piston overcome said holding force.

    摘要: A hydraulic pump jack cylinder is coupled with a closed loop hydraulic circuit, which includes a hydrostatic pump that delivers hydraulic fluid under pressure to the pump jack cylinder. The pump jack cylinder includes an inner extension piston area and an outer retraction piston area which are configured to have substantially the same area to establish a cylinder ration at 1:1. The hydrostatic pump drives the cylinder rod connected to the oil well sucker rod at a constant velocity in both the extension and retraction strokes with a quick sinusoidal turn-around at the ends of the strokes to provide a change in stroke direction. The swash plate in the hydrostatic pump brake the flow of fluid from the pump jack cylinder during retraction to prevent free-fall. A programmable logic controller controls the swash plate angles to switch stroke direction before the cylinder rod bottoms out.

    摘要: A piston type pumping apparatus comprises a vertically oriented cylinder having a top and a bottom with a first aperture. There are first and second passageways for liquid in the cylinder at the top and bottom respectively thereof. A piston is reciprocatingly mounted within the cylinder and has an area against which pressurized fluid acts in the direction of movement of the piston. A hollow piston rod is connected to the piston and extends below the piston and slidably through the first aperture. There is a reload chamber below the cylinder. The piston rod extends slidably into the reload chamber and has a third passageway for liquid communicating thereto. A first one-way valve is located in the third passageway. There is also a fourth passageway that extends from the reload chamber to a source of liquid to be pumped and a second one-way valve therein.

    摘要: Improvements in an ejector-less vacuum creation pump using suction from a low vibration and noise Eddy pump to create vacuum from the suction side of the pump volute where a liquid tornado effect feeds into an Eddy current effect located in the tornado center. Low heat is transferred to the fluid used to create the vacuum. The piping provides a fully open looped system, enabling self-priming of the pump where 2″ solid objects can pass thru the pump without clogging or plugging the pump. Fluid can be pumped in any direction with up to a 4 psi head pressure using the pump as a dedicated discharge pump and for quicker discharging of a VCHT tank at increased head pressures. This pump implement continuous vacuum creation, maintaining 18 Hg with a vacuum release valve to prevent build-up of urine crystals and other pipe clogging issues.
