摘要： An improved bolt/nut structure capable of preventing from dead locking and loosening and being vibration resistive, wherein, an internal threaded lining and an external threaded sleeve are made from helix springs with the cross section of each ring thereof in the shape of “]” and are used as an external thread and an internal thread for the bolt and the nut respectively to provide the function of dead locking and loosening and of vibration resisting. A plurality of expansion slits are provided on the internal and external peripheries of the helix springs, the springs with the expansion slits are suitable for use on the surface with collapsing of screw threads to suitably expand, and to confine the screw threads respectively. Moreover, a single or a plurality of helix springs are provided to form the internal threaded lining or the external threaded sleeve of one of various pitch gauges, thereby, the bolt structure has the capability of changing for the coarse and fine threads.

摘要： A conical screw connection for multi-disk shaft couplings is described, having a tension bolt (1), a first spring collet (3) arranged on the tension bolt and having a collar (2), at least one second spring collet (5) having a collar (4) and supported by the first spring collet, with the disks of the multi-disk set being securable on said second spring collet, wherein the seat between the tension bolt and the first spring collet is conical, and the seat between the first spring collet and the second spring collet is cylindrical, and a tension element (7) which axially clamps the disks of the multi-disk set, where the tension bolt has a threaded borehole (8) for a screw (9) whose head (10) is supported on the tension element. To permit optimum clamping of the multi-disk set using the same tool for axial and radial clamping of the disks, it is proposed that a force fit or a transition fit (11) be formed between the tension bolt and the first spring collet such that by tightening the screw, the disks of the multi-disk set are first clamped axially, and then the spring collets (3, 5) are widened radially.

Said element comprises a screw (9) and a large washer (7) with a cylindrical extension (8). The screw (9) has two thread segments (13, 14), wherein one thread segment (13) interacts with the through hole in a reciprocal thread engagement located in a narrowed area (12) of the cylindrical extension (8). An axial relative movement of both parts can be achieved by reciprocally rotating the cylindrical extension (8) and the screw (9).
