    摘要: A washing machine that is capable of providing a stable washing mode even when a washing-related device is abnormal during a washing operation is disclosed. When a steam generation unit, which generates high-temperature steam into a drum, is abnormal, the operation of the steam generation unit is interrupted, and an operation for driving a washing heater mounted in a tub is performed, or an operation for driving a drying unit, which supplies high-temperature dry hot air into the drum, is performed. A steam substituting algorithm is provided when the steam generation unit is abnormal during the operation using the high-temperature steam. Consequently, the interruption of the washing operation due to the abnormal steam injection function is prevented, and therefore, the reliability of the product is improved while the inconvenience of use is minimized.

    摘要: Semiconductor wafers have ashed photoresist residue and/or post-etch residue thereon to be cleaned through the chemical wet station, and a pattern of exposed metal layer. Post-etch residue removing solvent such as EKC-270 is fed into the solvent tank through a first solvent valve and first liquid feeding conduit that connected to bottom of the solvent tank. A circulation conduit connects the solvent tank with the first liquid feeding conduit for circulating the post-etch residue removing solvent. A liquid feeding pump is connected with the first liquid feeding conduit. A liquid drain conduit and a drain valve are connected with bottom of the solvent tank. Replacement solvent such as EKC-800 is fed into the solvent tank through a second solvent valve and second liquid feeding conduit.

A water inlet is arranged in the portion (8) with increased diameter after the intermediate portion (7) for replacing the washing water flowing out of the perforations of the intermediate portion (7).

The machine has an internal spiral (7) and external spiral (6) in opposite directions mounted on the perforated cylinder (3) with integrated grouts bearings (8) driven by a motor rotating inside a casing cylinder (1). When the unclean sprouts are loaded by the given direction into the rotating perforated cylinder (3); causing by the rotating cycle, the roots are broken and the husks separated which then gets through the holes (4) into the gap (5) between the rotating cylinder (3) and casing (1), pushing out in one direction by the external spiral (6) as by-product. The clean sprouts are being pushed out by the internal spiral (7) in another direction as products. The machine can be used as a single or double, even multicylinders to clean the roots and husks and in different quantities of product in demand.

    摘要: A method for cleaning industrial parts includes sequentially and alternately exposing the parts to direct free-air impingement spray and immersion cleaning. Contaminated or dirty industrial parts stored or contained in a tote are cleaned by placing them in a rotating wash drum which includes a compartment for securing the tote within the wash drum. During the cleaning cycle, the wash drum rotates about a generally horizontal axis thereby tumbling the parts from the tote secured in the wash drum to a perforate wall section of the wash drum and then back into the tote. The parts are sprayed by a number of specially designed nozzles which are positioned within the wash drum and directed radially downward. The parts are alternately exposed to direct free-air impingement spraying when they are disposed on the perforate wall section of the drum and then to immersion cleaning when they are contained within the tote. An immersion bath accumulates within the tote from the spray while the tote is in the lower arc of the drum's rotation. The nozzles are preferably stepped expansion nozzles which disburse superheated water with controlled vaporization to create high velocity droplets impinging upon the contaminated parts. The method of this invention includes filtering and collecting the water from the wash drum for recycling and reuse within the system.

In one aspect the container is made of hard solid wall members. In another aspect the container is made of durable fabric and may have an interior equipment containment liner or bladder which communicates with fluid inlet(s) and outlet(s). Such a bladder or liner may be used with a hard-sided container. An air duct and air movement apparatus may be provided for the introduction of air or hot air into the container.
