The inverter power supply includes a step-down stabilization unit that applies a reverse voltage increasing gradually to diodes, an isolation amplifier that detects a current value of a current flowing to the diodes when the reverse voltage is applied, and an inverter control unit that decides that the diodes have deteriorated when the detected current value is larger than a determination current value for determining deterioration of the diodes, and decides that the diodes have not deteriorated when the detected current value is smaller than the determination current value.-

摘要: Proposed is a resistance spot welding method to join parts to be welded which are a plurality of overlapping metal sheets, including: dividing a current pattern into two or more steps for welding; before actual welding, performing test welding; and subsequently, as actual welding, performing adaptive control welding, in which the two or more steps for welding include a step of securing a current path between the sheets directly below the electrodes and a subsequent step of forming a nugget having a predetermined diameter, and a welding interval time is provided between these steps. This method thus yields a good nugget without causing splashing even under special welding conditions.

摘要: A flat, electrically and thermally conductive flat surface group is formed in the common connection region 32 of the secondary coil 13. The flat conductive surface group is directly and mechanically joined to the connecting surfaces of the first conductor plate 42, the second conductor plate 44, and the third conductor plate 46, respectively. The first conductor plate 42, the second conductor plate 44, and the third conductor plate 46 cover the entire common connection region 32. The annular first conductor plate 42 occupies the maximum area. The refrigerant can be circulated in the annular cavity provided inside the first conductor plate 42 to efficiently cool the whole.

摘要: A resistance weld shielding control system includes a computer that is executed to control a fixture to receive and hold at least one part to be welded. The computer also controls one or more electrodes to apply electrical energy to the part for welding the at least one part, and controls a gas delivery system to direct an inert gas onto the part for shielding the part from the ambient atmosphere via a nozzle. The nozzle is configured in the fixture such that the fixture holds the nozzle in a fixed physical relationship to the part.

摘要: The seam welding apparatus includes a pair of rotating electrodes, an electrode supporting frame, a distance measuring means, and a controller. The electrode supporting frame supports the pair of rotating electrodes. The distance measuring means is provided on the electrode supporting frame and measures a distance to an edge of the steel plate. The controller controls the robot to adjust a running direction of the rotating electrodes so that a deviation comes into zero when a distance actually measured by the distance measuring means deviates from a predetermined distance. Thereby, it is accomplished that the seam welding apparatus is downsized as well as uninfluenced by the surface state and/or shape of workpiece (steel plate).

摘要: A computer-implemented method for reducing spot welds in a parameterized workpiece model includes generating a new design space (DS) from an original spot weld DS. The new DS includes a plurality of spot weld locations from the parameterized workpiece model with the original spot weld DS. The new DS is optimized to have a fewer number of spot weld locations than the original DS. The processor identifies a plurality of offending spot weld locations of the remaining spot weld locations in the new DS and a plurality of conforming spot weld locations of the remaining spot weld locations. The processor removes all but one optimized extension candidate from processor-selected groupings of welds while enforcing a minimum distance requirement. The processor outputs an inter-distance constrained parameterized workpiece model with an optimized extension candidate in each of the plurality of extended DSs to an operatively connected output processor.
