    摘要: A common mode inductor includes a bobbin with two windings. A first winding is positioned between a first end flange and a first offset flange. A second winding is positioned between a second end flange and a second offset flange. The windings are spaced apart by a center section without windings. A pair of E-cores, each having a pair of outer legs and a center leg, are positioned in a passageway of the bobbin such that the center leg of each E-core is surrounded by a respective one of the two windings. First and second I-bars are positioned in the center section of the bobbin between the two offset flanges. The two I-bars are positioned on opposite sides of the passageway. The two I-bars increase leakage inductance between the two windings to improve the suppression of electromagnetic interference caused by common mode noise in the two windings.

    摘要: A resonant transformer with adjustable leakage inductance includes a secondary winding group, a primary winding group, a magnetic sheet and a core group. The primary winding group is provided on a bobbin of the secondary winding group, and the magnetic sheet is provided in the bobbin. The secondary winding group, the primary winding group and the magnetic sheet include a first through hole, a second through hole and a through hole, respectively. The core group includes a first core and a second core symmetrically disposed, which are disposed on top of and at the bottom of the primary winding group, respectively. During operation of the resonant transformer, the degree of coupling between the primary and secondary sides can be changed using the magnetic sheet. This allows the native leakage inductance to be altered to satisfy demands for various different resonant frequencies.

    摘要: Disclosed is an inverter circuit for discharge lamps, in which transformers are separated into plural small or middle-sized transformers connected to one another to provide a high-power transformer equivalent to a large transformer. The inverter circuit includes a plurality of leakage flux step-up transformers each having a magnetically continuous central core, a primary winding, and a distributed-constant secondary winding, wherein a part of a resonance circuit is formed among a leakage inductance produced on the secondary winding side, a distributed capacitance of the secondary winding and a parasitic capacitance produced around a discharge lamp close to a proximity conductor, and as the resonance circuit resonates, the secondary winding has a close coupling portion in a vicinity of the primary winding which has a magnetic phase close to that of the primary winding and magnetically close couples with the primary winding and where a large portion of a magnetic flux produced under the primary winding penetrates, and a loose coupling portion distant from said primary winding which has a magnetic phase delayed from that of the primary winding and magnetically loose couples with the primary winding and where a large portion of the magnetic flux produced under the primary winding leaks, whereby a plurality of discharge lamps are lighted in parallel. The invention is the only way to achieve the thickness of 10 mm to 13 mm or less which is demanded in the market at present and realize a high-power transformer of 40 W to 60 W.

    摘要: A switching power supply circuit is disclosed which can achieve a high power conversion efficiency and besides achieve reduction of the circuit scale and the cost by simplification in circuit configuration. The switching power supply circuit includes a synchronous rectification circuit of the winding voltage detection system on the secondary side of a resonance converter. The coupling coefficient of an insulating converter transformer or the induced voltage level per one turn of the secondary winding is set so that the magnetic flux density of the insulating converter transformer may be lower than a fixed level thereby to maintain the secondary side rectification current in a continuous mode even in a heavy load condition. An inductor is inserted in series in a path along which rectification current is to be supplied to a secondary side smoothing capacitor so that reverse current appearing on the rectification current is suppressed by counter electromotive force generated in the inductor to further reduce the reactive power. A dc superposition characteristic of the inductor is set so that abnormal oscillation in a very light load condition (for example, 12.5 W or less) is prevented.
