摘要: A device for laminating a substrate with a thermoplastic coating material has an IR heating device for melting a surface of the coating material, an opposite cooling apparatus which actively cools the opposite surface of the coating material, and at least one press-roller assembly, which presses together the substrate web and the coating material to produce a hot-melt adhesive bond. In order to prevent any irregularities in the finished product, the cooling apparatus is designed as a rotatably driven cooling roller, over the circumference of which the following are arranged in succession: a feed apparatus for the thermoplastic coating material, one or more IR radiant heaters for heating the surface of the thermoplastic coating material resting on the cooling roller, a feed apparatus for the substrate web, one or more press rollers for pressing the substrate web against the coating material, and a removal apparatus for the laminated product.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a fluid-filled chamber with a tensile element includes manufacturing a tensile element and incorporating the tensile element into a chamber. A first material layer, a second material layer, and a spacing structure having a plurality of support portions and a plurality of gaps may be stacked. The material layers may be located on either side of the spacing structure or on one side of the spacing structure. A strand may be stitched through the gaps to join the material layers and to form the tensile element. The spacing structure may be removed, and the first material layer may be spaced from the second material layer such that segments of the strand extend between the material layers. The tensile element may then be secured to opposite interior surfaces of an outer barrier, and the outer barrier may be pressurized to place the strand in tension.

摘要: Ultrasonic welding is performed by passing a first sheet layer, a second sheet layer, and an elastic film interposed therebetween in a stretched state in a machine direction between an anvil roll having a large number of protrusions and an ultrasonic horn. The anvil roll includes a region having the protrusions and in the region. A site, in which welding is performed by one ultrasonic horn, has a portion in which an area rate of the protrusions changes in a roll circumferential direction and a roll length direction. A difference between a maximum value and a minimum value in a change of the area rate of the protrusions in the roll circumferential direction is 4.5% or less, and a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value in a change of the area rate of the protrusions in the roll length direction is 1.5% or less.

摘要: Provided are a melt blown (MB) nonwoven fabric, a laminate using the same, a method of producing a melt blown nonwoven fabric as well as a melt blowing apparatus. A melt blowing apparatus 100 includes a die 10 configured to discharge a resin melt 42 with an accompanying jet to give fiber materials, a hollow cover 20, and a collector 60. The fiber materials 50 from the die 10 are heated to a temperature equal to or higher than a crystallization temperature of crystalline thermoplastic resin inside the hollow cover 20 and collected on a collecting surface 62 of the collector 60. The hollow cover 20 and the collector 60 are separated by a distance of 5 cm or longer between a lower edge 28 of the hollow cover 20 and the collecting surface 62 in a line extending downwardly from the nozzle holes 12 in a vertical direction.
