摘要: A control device includes a changing rate calculator, a first threshold calculator, and a separation determiner. The control device determines whether a current collector is separate from a power line, in a power conversion system in which a power converter converts power supplied from the current collector to the primary side of the power converter into alternating-current (AC) power and supplies the AC power to a motor connected to the secondary side of the power converter. The changing rate calculator calculates a changing rate of the voltage at the primary side of the power converter. The first threshold calculator calculates a first threshold having the absolute value positively correlated with an output power from the power converter. The separation determiner compares the changing rate with the first threshold and determines whether the current collector is separate from the power line.

摘要: A power conversion device achieves size reduction and reliability by reducing the number of components of the system. The power conversion device has a semiconductor module of a half-bridge configuration in which two semiconductor elements are arranged in series. The semiconductor module has a cuboidal shape and has, along a longitudinal direction thereof, a positive pole terminal, a negative pole terminal, and terminals for inputting or outputting alternating current or for forming a single phase of the power conversion device. In the vertical direction corresponding to a widthwise direction of the cuboid, a plurality of the semiconductor modules are arranged vertically, forming a plurality of phases of the power conversion device. The semiconductor modules of the plurality of phases are installed in contact with a cooling unit, and one or more capacitors are disposed so as to face the cooling unit across the semiconductor modules of the plurality of phases.

摘要: An electric power assist system generates an appropriate level of assist power while an electric assist vehicle is running on a slope and includes an electric motor that generates an assist power to assist human power of a rider of the electric assist vehicle, a controller that controls a magnitude of the assist power to be generated by the electric motor, and an acceleration sensor that outputs an acceleration signal representing an acceleration in a travel direction of the electric assist vehicle. The controller acquires speed information representing a running speed of the electric assist vehicle based on an external signal, detects an inclination angle of a road surface based on the speed information and the acceleration signal, and causes the electric motor to generate an assist power of a magnitude in accordance with the inclination angle.

摘要: A vehicle driving device includes a permanent magnet motor, an inverter that drives the permanent magnet motor, a DC-to-DC converter that is a buck-boost converter and connected to the inverter, and a driving battery that is connected to the DC-to-DC converter. The DC-to-DC converter outputs, to the inverter, (i) a voltage inputted to the DC-to-DC converter of a positive electrode of the driving battery as-is and (ii) a voltage inputted to the DC-to-DC converter of a negative electrode of the driving battery after increasing the voltage in a negative direction.

摘要: Provided is a vehicle turning control device which prevents a target yaw rate from being unstable, even if a control gain is changed in accordance with the magnitude of a yaw rate deviation or a road surface frictional coefficient. This vehicle turning control device includes a target yaw rate correction (32). The correction (32) calculates a target yaw rate with respect to the control gain determined based on a vehicle traveling information, using at least one of a plurality of calculated target yaw rates. The control gain is determined such that, as a road surface frictional coefficient decreases or as a yaw rate deviation increases, a yaw response characteristic approaches a basic yaw response characteristic from an initial yaw response characteristic.

摘要: A system for feeding electric power to a first consumer (1) comprises an input filter (6) with an input configured to be connected to a DC energy source and a DC intermediate link (3) connected to an output (14) of the input filter. A converter (12) is with an input connected to the DC intermediate link and has an output to be connected to said first consumer (1). The unit (16) controls the converter to obtain feeding of electric power requested by the first consumer independently of variations of the voltage on the DC link (3). An assembly is configured to act stabilizing on that voltage by controlling the converter to add a first power component to the power to be fed to the consumer. A second consumer (19) is controlled to consume a second power component to either assist the control of the converter to obtain the stabilization or alone take care thereof.
