摘要: A chemical dispensing device includes a turbine having a diluent inlet and a diluent outlet; a pump having a chemical inlet and a chemical outlet, wherein the pump is connected with and actuated by rotation of the turbine; a mixing chamber having a mixing inlet and a mixing outlet; wherein the diluent inlet is configured for direct connection with a supply of pressurized diluent; wherein the pump inlet is configured for connection with a supply of chemical concentrate; wherein the diluent outlet and chemical outlet are in fluid communication with the mixing inlet of the mixing chamber. The chemical dispensing device of the present disclosure may further include a backflow preventer separating the diluent outlet from the mixing inlet and being configured to prevent flow of fluid from the mixing chamber to the diluent outlet. An associated method of diluting and dispensing a chemical concentrate is also described.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a metered dosing assembly configured to dispense a volume of fluid into a container that is selectively sealed by a closure valve having a closure valve member that is movable between sealed and unsealed positions with respect to the container. The metered dosing assembly includes a housing having an interior cavity. A valve is locatable at an end of the housing. The valve includes a valve member, a pin extending from the valve member, and at least one spring leg attachable to the valve member. The pin extends from the valve member and is configured to engage the closure valve member of the closure valve to move the closure valve member to the unsealed position and move the valve member to an open position with respect to the housing. When the valve member is moved to the open position and the closure valve member is moved to the unsealed position, fluid communication is made between the metered dosing assembly and the container.

摘要: A fluid dispenser system is disclosed that can have a plurality of dispensers, each having a valve. Each valve can be connectable in series with another valve. The dispenser system can include a manifold permitting passage of a common fluid therethrough. Any of the valves connected to two adjacent valves can be removable without removing either of the valves to which it is connected. The common fluid can have a fluid pressure associated therewith. The fluid pressure can generate a tension force for pushing two adjacent valves apart and thereby lock the valves into a series connection. A method of removing a valve from a series of valves comprises stopping flow of the common fluid through the manifold, thereby releasing the tension force. The valve intended to be removed can be rotated, and thus removed with respect to the valve intended to be left in the series connection.

摘要: A fuel hose for delivering multiple-grades of fuel is provided and in one embodiment includes a first hose portion having a first length and a first diameter, and a second hose portion having a second length and a second diameter. The first hose portion includes a first fuel line and a second fuel line, and the second hose portion includes a third fuel line. The first fuel line and the second fuel line can be fluidly connected to the third fuel line. In one embodiment, the first diameter of the first hose portion is larger than the second diameter of the second hose portion. The invention further relates to a fuel dispensing unit.
