摘要: A novel synthetic crystalline molecular sieve material, designated boron SSZ-41 is provided. The boron SSZ-41 is a boronzincosilicate molecular sieve having the framework structure of SSZ-41. It can be synthesized using 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis[4-aza-1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane] dications as a structure directing agent. The boronzincosilicate SSZ-41 may be used in organic compound conversion reactions and/or sorptive processes.

This beta zeolite includes a silicon oxide and a zinc oxide, and has an average particle size of 50 to 100 nm at a cumulative frequency of 50% in a particle size distribution measured by scanning electron microscope observation.

摘要: A process for the preparation of a zeolitic material having an MWW framework structure and comprising boron and titanium, the process comprising (i) providing an aqueous synthesis mixture comprising a silica source, a boron source, a titanium source, and an MWW templating agent; (ii) heating the aqueous synthesis mixture to a temperature in the range of from 160 to 190 ° C.; (iii) subjecting the synthesis mixture (ii) to hydrothermal synthesis conditions, obtaining, in its mother liquor, a precursor of the zeolitic material; (iv) separating the precursor from its mother liquor; (v) calcining the separated precursor, obtaining the zeolitic material having an MWW framework structure and comprising boron and titanium.

This zeolite is represented by the empirical formula: M+mRrAl1-xExSiyOz where M represents sodium, potassium or a combination of sodium and potassium cations, R is the organic structure directing agent or agents derived from reactants R1 and R2 where R1 is diisopropanolamine and R2 is a chelating diamine, and E is an element selected from the group consisting of gallium, iron, boron and mixtures thereof. Catalysts made from UZM-53 have utility in various hydrocarbon conversion reactions.
