摘要： A process for the isomerization of a para-xylene depleted, meta-xylene rich stream under at least partially liquid phase conditions using ZSM-23 with an external surface area of at least 75 m2/g (indicating a small crystallite size), and a SiO2/Al2O3 ratio between 15 and 75 that produces a higher than equilibrium amount of para-xylene, i.e., more than about 24 wt % of para-xylene, based on the total amount of xylenes.

摘要： The present invention relate to a binderless molecular sieve catalyst and a process for preparing the same, which are mainly useful for solving the problems of the current catalysts, such as lower activity, less pore volume and worse diffusivity. The present invention relates to a novel binderless molecular sieve catalyst, comprising, based on the weight of the catalyst, 90-100 wt. % of a molecular sieve, 0-10 wt. % of a binder, and 0-10 wt. % of an anti-wear agent, wherein said catalyst has a pore volume of 0.1-0.5 ml/g, an average pore diameter of 50-100 nm, and a porosity of 20-40%; the anti-wear agent is selected from the rod or needle-like inorganic materials having a length/diameter ratio of 2-20. Said catalyst has the advantages of higher activity, greater pore volume, larger average pore diameter and porosity, and better diffusivity, and well solves said problems and can be used for the industrial preparation of binderless molecular sieve catalysts.

摘要： A catalyst composite may include a molecular sieve having pores of 10- or more-membered rings and a metal silicate different from the molecular sieve. The metal silicate may include at least one alkaline earth metal and one or more of the following metals: Ga, Al, Ce, In, Cs, Sc, Sn, Li, Zn, Co, Mo, Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu, Cr, Ti and V. The catalyst composite may include at least 0.1 wt % of silicate. The catalyst composite may be used in an XTO reactor or for catalytic cracking.

摘要： A process and apparatus are presented for the conversion of light paraffins to heavier liquid fuels or distillate. The process and apparatus includes conversion of a paraffin stream to an olefinic stream. The olefinic stream is passed through a reactor zone to convert the olefins to heavier hydrocarbons, including branched paraffins and branched olefins. The process includes recycling a portion of the product to the reactors for controlling the heat and reaction rate of the dimerization or oligomerization process.

摘要： The process and apparatus converts ethylene in a dilute ethylene stream that may be derived from an FCC product to heavier hydrocarbons. The catalyst may be an amorphous silica-alumina base with a Group VIII and/or VIB metal. The catalyst is resistant to feed impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon oxides, hydrogen and ammonia. At least 40 wt-% of the ethylene in the dilute ethylene stream can be converted to heavier hydrocarbons.
