摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing an aliphatic polyester carbonate, the polyester carbonate itself, and to moulding compositions and moulded articles containing the polyester carbonate. 摘要: The invention relates to the synthesis method of polyglycolic acid (PGA) obtained by removing the excessive water and monomer formed subsequent to condensation by means of an organic solvent and using azeotropic distillation method in the presence of a catalyst. The invention is a synthesis method of polyglycolic acid with high molecular weight and high solubility, characterized by comprising the steps of placing the glycolic acid in reaction medium with a catalyst; using hydrophilic organic solvents for removing the excessive water and monomer formed during condensation; mixing and boiling the mixture; stabilizing the amount of solvent in reaction medium and distilling the water off by means of Dean stark apparatus and/or a similar apparatus; refluxing the solid polymer obtained at the end of the reaction with ethyl acetate and removing the same from monomer residue and catalyst.

摘要: Polyester polyols made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) and processes for making them are disclosed. The rPET is heated with a C3-C10 glycol reactant to give a digested intermediate comprising glycols and a terephthalate component, which comprises 45 to 70 wt. % of bis(hydroxyalkyl)terephthalates, and preferably lesser amounts of terephthalate dimers and trimers. Treatment of the digested intermediate with activated carbon gives a polyester polyol having a color index less than 20. The polyols have desirable hydroxyl numbers, viscosities, appearance, and other attributes for formulating polyurethane products and are a sustainable alternative to bio- or petrochemical-based polyols.

摘要: A method for synthesizing poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) by combination of melt and solid state polycondensation using an organic guanidine as a main catalyst. The ternary catalyst system includes a main catalyst, a first cocatalyst, and a second cocatalyst. The main catalyst is organic guanidine; the first cocatalyst is titanate ester or zirconate ester; and the second cocatalyst is metallic oxide. The method includes: 1) adding 1,4-butanediol (BDO), adipic acid (AA), terephthalic acid (TA), and a ternary catalyst system to a reaction still; conducting an oligo-polycondensation to yield a oligomer having the weight average molecular weight (Mw) of between 3.0×103 and 4.0×103; allowing the oligomer to perform a melt polycondensation (MP) to yield a prepolymer with medium Mw of between 1.5×104 and 3.0×104; and 2) crushing the solid prepolymer into granules of 30-40 meshes, and then allowing the granules to undergo solid state polycondensation to yield the final PBAT product.
