摘要: Provided is a cold-rolled steel sheet including: by weight %, C: 0.10 to 0.16%, Si: 0.3 to 0.8%, Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mn: 2.0 to 3.0%, Cr: 0.001 to 0.5%, Mo: 0.001 to 0.5%, B: 0.0001 to 0.001%, Nb: 0.001 to 0.05%, Ti: 0.001 to 0.05%, P: 0.04% or less (excluding 0%), S: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), N: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), a remainder of Fe, and other unavoidable impurities, as a microstructure, by area %, ferrite: 10% or less (excluding 0%), retained austenite: more than 1% to 5% or less, martensite: 25% or more but less than 50%, and bainite: 35% or more but less than 70%. An average size of martensite-austenite (MA) in the bainite is 0.35 to 0.55 μm.

摘要: A steel wire for springs includes a main steel body and having a line shape, and an oxidized layer covering an outer peripheral surface of the main body. The steel constituting the main body contains between 0.6 and 0.7 mass % C, between 1.7 and 2.5 mass % Si, between 0.2 and 1 mass % Mn, between 0.6 and 2 mass % Cr, and between 0.08 and 0.25 mass % V, with the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel constituting the main body has a tempered martensitic structure. The oxidized layer includes a high Si concentration layer having a maximum concentration of Si of not less than 2.5 times and not more than 5.5 times that of the main body. The main body includes an intergranular oxidized layer arranged to constitute the outer peripheral surface and having a thickness of not less than 0.5 μm and not more than 2.5 μm.

摘要: A sheet metal component made of a hot-formed flat steel product including a steel substrate consisting of, in mass. %, C: 0.1-0.4%, Mn: 0.5-3.0%, Si: 0.05-0.5%, Cr: 0.005-1.0%, B: 0.00050.01% and optionally one or more of V, Ti, Nb, Al, Ni, Cu, Mo, and W, where the contents of the respective optionally present alloy element are V: 0.001-0.2%, Ti: 0.01-0.1%, Nb: 0.001-0.1%, Al: 0.01-0.2%, Ni: 0.01-0.4%, Cu: 0.01-0.8%, Mn: 0.002-1.0%, W: 0.001-1.0%, and the remainder iron and unavoidable impurities, wherein the unavoidable impurities include contents of less than 0.1% P, less than 0.05% S, and less than 0.01% N, and an Al corrosion protection layer applied to the steel substrate, wherein the component is optionally hardened. An adhesive section having an SDR value of 3-30%, determined according to ISO 25178, is provided on the free outer face of the corrosion protection coating for adhering the sheet metal component to another component.

摘要: An R—Fe—B sintered magnet, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof are provided. The surface of the R—Fe—B sintered magnet has an oxide adhesive layer, and is obtained by means of the heat preservation and heat treatment of an R—Fe—B magnet having a composite diffusion layer on the surface thereof. The heat treatment comprises alternately carrying out a low-temperature heat treatment at 750° C.-830° C. and a high-temperature heat treatment at 830° C.-970° C., and a neodymium iron boron green body having the oxide adhesive layer on the surface thereof is obtained. The grain boundary diffusion of the R—Fe—B magnet is optimized, and the coercive force distribution of the magnet is improved. The R—Fe—B sintered magnet can be used in the field of automobiles, wind power generation, household electric motors, medical apparatuses or mobile communication appliances.
