摘要: A reciprocating compressor is provided. The compressor includes at least one functional assembly integrated by at least one compression cylinder and at least one reciprocating piston; at least one electric motor capable of moving the reciprocating piston inside the compression cylinder; at least one set of valves capable of controlling the flow of fluid entering and leaving the compression cylinder, the valves being arranged in a head of the reciprocating compressor; at least one head cover capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor; and at least one suction acoustic filter integrated by at least one outlet pipe provided with at least one outlet path capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor. The suction acoustic filter is fastened to the head cover using a fastener.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relate generally to certain types of reciprocating positive-displacement pumps (which may be referred to hereinafter as “pods,” “pump pods,” or “pod pumps”) used to pump fluids, such as a biological fluid (e.g., blood or peritoneal fluid), a therapeutic fluid (e.g., a medication solution), or a surfactant fluid. The pumps may be configured specifically to impart low shear forces and low turbulence on the fluid as the fluid is pumped from an inlet to an outlet. Such pumps may be particularly useful in pumping fluids that may be damaged by such shear forces (e.g., blood, and particularly heated blood, which is prone to hemolysis) or turbulence (e.g., surfactants or other fluids that may foam or otherwise be damaged or become unstable in the presence of turbulence).

摘要: In various embodiments, a mobile, open-air, electrical skid may provide electrical power from high voltage power lines via one or more electrical components to natural gas compressors at a natural gas compressor site. In several embodiments, the open-air skid may be of a size that can fit on a flat-bed trailer so that the skid can be transported to the site, and the open-air skid may not have side walls to allow for air flowing across the components. The electrical components may include an electric variable frequency drive, a sync reactor, one or more motor relays, an input cabinet, one or more motor control cabinets, a remote cooling unit, and/or other electrical components utilized to start-up one or more natural gas compressors and keep the one or more natural gas compressors running.

摘要: An inflator with a motor fixing ring includes a casing, and a core and a motor installed in the casing. The motor is for driving the core to inflate an external object. The inflator further includes a motor fixing ring sheathed on the motor and clamped between the motor and the casing. An air gap is formed between an outer surface of the motor and an inner surface of the casing. During the use of the inflator, the motor fixing ring is sheathed on the motor, and the motor is installed into the casing, so that the motor fixing ring is clamped between the motor and the casing. A cooling fan of the inflator is provided for flowing air along the air gap to dissipate the heat generated by the motor, so as to improve the cooling efficiency of the motor and the performance of the inflator.

摘要: An air pump with an external pressure release valve includes an air pump body, a flow channel seat and at least one air valve. The air pump body comprises a driving motor and at least one air bag group for generating air flow. The flow channel seat includes an airflow channel and a pressure release channel communicated with the airflow channel and extending to any side wall surface of the flow channel seat. The side wall surface includes an installation hole of an outlet of the pressure release channel. The installation hole includes a pressure release assembly arranged inside the pressure release channel. Because the air pump includes the pressure release channel, and the pressure release channel extends to any side wall surface, the air pump is respectively connected with different objects to be inflated, meanwhile, an assembler can more easily adjust the output air pressure of each air pump.
