    摘要: An extreme ultraviolet light system includes a steering system that steers and focuses an amplified light beam traveling along a propagation direction to a focal plane near a target location within an extreme ultraviolet light chamber, a detection system including at least one detector positioned to detect an image of a laser beam reflected from at least a portion of a target material within the chamber, a wavefront modification system in the path of the reflected laser beam and between the target location and the detection system, and a controller. The wavefront modification system is configured to modify the wavefront of the reflected laser beam as a function of a target focal plane position along the propagation direction. The controller includes logic for adjusting a location of the focal plane of the amplified light beam relative to the target material based on the detected image of the reflected laser beam.

    摘要: A test structure of a display panel is provided. The test structure is within a buffer display region which is between a display region and a non-display region of the display panel and includes a substrate, at least one signal line on the substrate, an insulation layer covering the signal line, a planar layer on the insulation layer, and an electrode layer on the planar layer. The planar layer has at least one opening exposing a portion of the insulation layer. The electrode layer has a display electrode portion on the planar layer, at least one test electrode portion connecting the insulation layer via the opening and electrically insulated from the signal line, and at least one ring-shaped trench surrounding the test electrode portion and exposing a portion of the planar layer. The display electrode portion surrounds the ring-shaped trench and is electrically insulated from the test electrode portion.

    摘要: The present invention protects a mass sensor from an overload in any direction. A support structure is accommodated in a case, has a floating frame provided on one end side and a fixed portion provided on the other end side, receives a load of an object to be weighed placed on a scale pan with the aid of the floating frame part, and supports the mass sensor used in scales to detect the mass of the object to be weighed. The support structure has a spring member for supporting the mass sensor, and is interposed between the fixed portion and the case, which are structural members. The spring member is elastically deformed in advance to thereby press/urge on the fixed portion of the mass sensor and cause the portion to come into contact with the structural member side. The spring member deforms elastically so that the fixed portion separates from the contact location when a force greater than the pressing/urging force is applied.
