摘要: A method includes obtaining training data for a plurality of patients of a patient population. The training data includes training blood glucose history data including treatment doses of insulin administered by the patients of the patient population and one or more outcome attributes associated with each treatment dose. The method also includes identifying, for each patient of the patient population, one or more optimum treatment doses of insulin from the treatment doses yielding favorable outcome attributes. The method also includes receiving patient-state information for the treated patient, determining a next recommended treatment dose of insulin for the treated patient based on one or more of the identified optimum treatment doses associated with the patients of the patient population having training patient-state information similar to the patient-state information for the treated patient, and transmitting the next recommended treatment dose to a portable device associated with the treated patient.

摘要: Disclosed are implementations that include a method for dental data analysis including obtaining dental data for an individual, with the dental data being input radiographic image data of at least one dental object, and treatment data representative of one or more treatment procedures associated with the dental object, analyzing, by machine learning models, the input radiographic image data to identify one or more dental features associated with the dental object, and deriving, based on the treatment data and the identified one or more dental features, one or more integrity scores for the image data and the treatment data, with the one or more integrity scores being representative of potential integrity problems associated with the input radiographic image data and the treatment data. Deriving the integrity scores includes deriving a provider score representative of a potential integrity problem associated with a dental-care provider submitting the treatment data.

摘要: Methods, computer readable media, and systems for providing a Unified Medical Record (UMR) Cloud Network that takes maintenance and access of patient-centric healthcare records to the next level by providing a healthcare-provider-specific app store in a healthcare web portal by utilizing Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) resources are provided. The UMR Cloud Network serves as a patient web portal which hosts a provider-specific FHIR App Store. The FHIR apps that reside in the provider-specific FHIR App Store may be designed to utilize patient-centric data and the subject patient's associated FHIR resources to provide individual solutions. In embodiments, the FHIR apps installed from the provider-specific FHIR App Store may be presented on a dashboard associated with the subject patient and provided by the UMR Cloud Network.

摘要: The inventive subject matter provides apparatus, systems, and methods that improve on the pace of discovering new practical information based on large amounts of datasets collected. In most cases, anomalies from the datasets are automatically identified, flagged, and validated by a cross-validation engine. Only validated anomalies are then associated with a subject matter expert who is qualified to take action on the anomaly. In other words, the inventive subject matter bridges the gap between the overwhelming amount of scientific data which can now be harvested and the comparatively limited amount analytical resources available to extract practical information from the data. Practical information can be in the form of trends, patterns, maps, hypotheses, or predictions, for example, and such practical information has implications in medicine, in environmental sciences, entertainment, travel, shopping, social interactions, or other areas.

摘要: A peristaltic pump includes a plunger-cam follower, a tube receiver, a spring-biased plunger, a spring, a position sensor, and a processor. The plunger-cam follower engages the plunger cam to follow the plunger cam and to disengage from the plunger cam. The spring-biased plunger is coupled to the plunger-cam follower and the spring biases the spring-biased plunger toward the tube receiver. The position sensor determines a position of the spring-biased plunger when the plunger-cam follower is disengaged from the plunger came. The processor estimates fluid flow utilizing at least the position of the spring-biased plunger as indicated by the position sensor when the plunger-cam follower is disengaged from the plunger cam and the spring biases the spring-biased plunger against the tube.

摘要: The user is to be informed of the reliability of the machine-learned model based on the current input relative to the training data used to train the model or the model itself. In a medical situation, the data for a current patient is compared to the training data used to train a prediction model and/or to a decision function of the prediction model. The comparison indicates the training content relative to the current patient, so provides a user with information on the reliability of the prediction for the current situation. The indication deals with the variation of the data of the current patient from the training data or relative to the prediction model, allowing the user to see how well trained the predication model is relative to the current patient. This indication is in addition to any global confidence output through application of the prediction model to the data of the current patient.

摘要: Systems and methods for intelligently routing a member of an organization to a single point-of-contact within an optimized, secure network to address all the member's healthcare needs are described. The disclosed intelligent routing configurations transform and process, in real-time, vast amounts of member data to generate aggregated diagnoses and a member score specific to each member's household. The scores, among other things, are used to determine an identification of special needs and an appropriate advocate within the organization to route the member, and its account file containing real-time member and household level data.
