摘要: Energy storage devices, battery cells, and batteries of the present technology may include a housing characterized by a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The batteries may include a set of electrodes located within the housing. The set of electrodes may be positioned within the interior region of the housing. The set of electrodes may include a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode may include a tab coupled with a surface of the housing at a distal end and coupled with the first electrode at a proximal end. The tab may be coupled with a first surface of the first electrode. A first insulating material may be applied along a second surface of the first electrode across a section corresponding to a location where the tab is coupled with the first electrode. The batteries may also include a cap at least partially contained within the interior region of the housing. The cap may be characterized by a first surface facing the set of electrodes.

摘要: A method forming a composite electrolyte by preparing a suspension. The suspension includes a solvent (comprising 90 wt % to 95 wt % of a total weight of liquids); a non-solvent (comprising 5 wt % to 50 wt % of a total weight of liquids); a binder (comprising 20 wt % to 50 wt % of a total weight of the composite electrolyte) and selected from the group consisting of PVDF, PVDF-HFP, PFTE, PEO, PMMA, PAN, CNC, SBR, and combinations thereof; and a ceramic filler (comprising 50 wt % to 80 wt % of the total weight of the composite electrolyte) having a cross-section diameter ranging from 50 nm to 150 nm and being selected from the group consisting of Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, MgO, Li2O, LiAlO2, BaTiO3, LaGP, LATP, LLTO, and combinations thereof. The suspension is cast or printed and dried.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device for measuring the thermal characteristics of a pouch-type battery cell, specifically, the thermal conductivity of the battery cell, and a thermal conductivity measurement method using the same. When the battery cell thermal conductivity measurement device of the present invention is used, the thermal conductivity of a pouch-type battery cell exhibiting anisotropic thermal conductivity characteristics can be separated along each direction and measured, and thereby stability according to the thermal characteristics of a product, which uses a battery cell for a rechargeable battery, can be efficiently evaluated.

摘要: A pouch forming method and a pouch forming device are provided. In particular, the pouch forming method for forming an accommodation part that accommodates an electrode assembly in a pouch sheet includes a seating process of seating the pouch sheet on a top surface of a lower die in which a forming groove is formed in an upper portion thereof. In a vacuum elongation process, a lower portion of the pouch sheet, in which the accommodation part is formed, is elongated by vacuum, and in an accommodation part formation process, the portion of the pouch sheet, which is elongated by the vacuum, is pressed by a punch disposed above the pouch sheet in a direction in which the forming groove is formed to form the accommodation part.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a button-type lithium ion battery with a metal housing, including: a metal housing; a cell, received in the metal housing; a terminal, disposed on an outside of the metal housing; at least one first electrode tab, arranged on the cell and electrically connected to the metal housing; at least one second electrode tab, arranged on the cell and electrically connected to the terminal; and an insulating member disposed between the metal housing and the terminal; wherein the insulating member is insulating and sealing the metal housing and the terminal; a polarity of the at least one first electrode tab is opposite to that of the at least one second electrode tab; a polarity of the metal housing is opposite to that of the terminal; the metal housing and the terminal are sealed to the insulating member by means of heat or adhesion.

摘要: A secondary battery with an exterior body having a novel scaling structure, and a structure of a sealing portion that relaxes a stress of deformation are provided. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte solution, and an exterior body enclosing at least part of the positive electrode, at least part of the negative electrode, and the electrolyte solution. The exterior body includes a first region having a shape with a curve, a shape with a wavy line, a shape with an arc, or a shape with a plurality of inflection points, and a second region having the same shape as the first region. The first region is in contact with the second region. Alternatively, the first region has a shape without a straight line. The secondary battery may be flexible, and the exterior body in a region having flexibility may include the first region.

摘要: A sealed battery includes a case, an internal terminal, an external terminal, and an insulating holder. The internal terminal of the sealed battery includes a current collector connected to the electrode body, a shaft portion exposed outside the case, and a riveted portion that is provided on an end of the shaft portion outside of the case and is pressure-deformed so as to extend along an upper surface of the external terminal. The insulating holder includes a heat resistant portion formed of an insulating material having higher heat resistance than other regions of the insulating holder and the heat resistant portion is disposed in contact with the external terminal at least below a boundary between the riveted portion and the external terminal.

摘要: The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced aerogel material which can be used as insulation in thermal battery applications. The fiber-reinforced aerogel material is highly durable, flexible, and has a thermal performance that exceeds the insulation materials currently used in thermal battery applications. The fiber-reinforced aerogel insulation material can be as thin as 1 mm less, and can have a thickness variation as low as 2% or less. Also provided is a method for improving the performance of a thermal battery by incorporating a reinforced aerogel material into the thermal battery. Further provided is a casting method for producing thin fiber-reinforced aerogel materials.

摘要: There is provided a secondary battery cell supply apparatus for a process of folding a secondary battery cell, including: a first device configured to grip a secondary battery cell for a cell folding process received in a tray and raise the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process vertically upward; a second device configured to grip the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process gripped by the first device and transfer the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process in a transverse direction when the first device releases the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process; and a third device configured to grip the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process gripped by the second device, rotate the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process, and move the secondary battery cell for a cell folding process upward and downward.
