Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen UV- und thermisch härtbaren lösemittelbasierten Klarlack, enthaltend (A) mindestens ein polyhydroxyfunktionelles Poly(meth)acrylat mit angepfropften ungesättigten (Meth)acrylat-Seitengruppen (B) mindestens ein polyisocyanatfunktionelles, poly(meth)acrylatfunktionelles aliphatisches Urethan (C) mindestens ein (meth)acrylatfunktionelles, von Isocyanatgruppen freies aliphatisches Urethan (D) mindestens eine hydroxyfunktionelle, (meth)acrylatfunktionelle, von Isocyanatgruppen und Urethangruppen freie aliphatische Komponente mit einem Molekulargewicht von maximal 1000 g/mol und einer (Meth)acrylatfunktionalität von mindestens 4, (E) mindestens ein aliphatisches Polymercaptan, (F) mindestens eine mit einem Amin blockierte Phosphorsäure oder Phosphonsäure, wobei das Amin einen pK b -Wert von ≥ 3 und einen Siedepunkt bei Normaldruck von > 100 °C besitzt, und (G) mindestens einen Photoinitiator gewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus a- Hydroxyalkylphenylketonen und Monoacylphosphinoxiden. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung die vorgenannte Komponente (A) als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung des Klarlacks, ein Modulsystem zur Herstellung des Klarlacks sowie ein Beschichtungsverfahren zur Herstellung einer Klarlackierung insbesondere in der KFZ-Reparaturlackierung. Weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung der Klarlacke in der KFZ-Reparaturlackierung.

The present disclosure is directed to a halogen-free composition and conductors coated with the halogen-free composition. The halogen-free composition includes (A) from 70 wt % to 85 wt % of a polymeric component and (B) from 30 wt % to 15 wt % of a halogen- free flame retardant. The polymeric component (A) includes (i) a propylene homopolymer or a mini- random copolymer with greater than 40% crystallinity and (ii) an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer. The halogen-free composition has a density less than 1.15 g/cc. The halogen-free composition also has a scrape abrasion resistance of greater than or equal to 350 cycles as measured in accordance with ISO 6722.
