摘要: The present invention relates to a decoding method and system for stochastic decoding of linear block codes with parity check matrix. Each encoded sample of a set of encoded samples is converted into a corresponding probability. For each probability a corresponding probability message is the generated by encoding each probability as a sequence of digital symbols. Each probability message is then provided to a respective node of a logic circuitry for stochastic decoding. The logic circuitry represents a factor graph of the parity check matrix of the linear block code. Using the logic circuitry each probability message is processed for determining an estimated sequence of information symbols. If an equality node is in a hold state a chosen symbol is provided from a corresponding memory which is updated by storing output symbols from the equality node when the same is in a state other than a hold state.

摘要: A method and system for determining convergence of iterative processes and estimating a scaling factor in decoding processes based on switching activity of the logic circuitry are provided. During execution of an iterative process using logic circuitry comprising logic gates switching activity of a plurality of the logic gates is sensed to determine switching data indicative of a total switching activity of the plurality of the logic gates. The iterative process is iterated using the logic circuitry until convergence is indicated by the switching data. Similarly, a scaling factor for use in decoding processes is determined based on the switching data.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and system for controlling a doubly-fed induction machine. In operation a rotor current vector is processed with a rotor position estimate vector. A scalar error quantity is the determined in dependence upon a stator current vector and the processed rotor current vector. The scalar error quantity is integrated and an estimate of the rotor angular frequency is determined in dependence upon the integrated scalar error quantity. To obtain a rotor position estimate, the estimate of the rotor angular frequency is integrated and a rotor position estimate vector is determined in dependence upon the rotor position estimate. The rotor position estimate vector is then provided for processing the rotor current vector. As output signals a signal indicative of the rotor position estimate vector and a signal indicative of the estimate of the rotor angular frequency are provided for controlling the doubly-fed induction machine.

摘要: There is provided a continuous combustion system for iron particles. The system comprising a multi-annular combustion tube defining in cross-section at least three distinct passages from its inlet to its outlet. A first tube that is innermost, defines a first passage providing a primary air flow with suspended iron particles. A second tube, defines an inner annular space providing a secondary air flow, a pilot combustible flow, and an ignition point of a spark generator. A third tube defines a third passage comprises a swirl generator and provides a tertiary air flow. The tubes are nested in position within the multi-annular combustion tube. The system comprises a divergent nozzle at the outlet of the multi-annular combustion tube; a combustion reactor in fluid communication with the divergent nozzle, for the generation and stabilization of a turbulent iron flame that burns the iron particles and produces oxidized iron particles; and a cyclone.
