A presente invenção descreve um dispositivo de ajuda perceptiva para a inspeção visual de HLB em campo, compreendendo um filtro de luz aplicado sobre um substrato. 0 dispositivo intensifica o contraste entre a cor verde e a cor amarela, característica do "mosqueamento'' das folhas, de modo a facilitar a identificação da doença pelo ínspetor de HLB. Além disso, o dispositivo bloqueia os raios ultravioleta, proporcionando ao usuário proteção contra a luz do sol e conforto visual para a execução da sua atividade. A invenção ainda descreve o processo de incorporação do filtro de luz no substrato, o qual ocorre por meio da imersão do substrato no corante adequado com parâmetros controlados, bem como o uso do dispositivo na inspeçâo do vísual de HLB ou greenlng em campo.

A portion utilized can be one that creates receptor sites in the molecularly imprinted polymer that are unique or more unique to the target food allergen than receptor sites that would be created if an entire food allergen molecule were utilized.

Disclosed herein is preservation system for nutritional substances. The preservation system obtains information about the nutritional substance to be preserved, senses and measures the external environment to the preservation system, senses and measures the internal environment to the preservation system, senses and measures the state of the nutritional substance, and stores such information throughout the period of preservation. Using this accumulated information, the preservation system can measure, or estimate, changes in nutritional content (usually degradation) during the period of preservation. Additionally, the preservation system can use this information to dynamically modify the preservation system to minimize detrimental changes to the nutritional content of the nutritional substance, and in some cases actually improve the nutritional substance attributes.
