Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible transparent electrode, comprising the steps of: (1) forming a thin film of carbon nanotube on a solid substrate; (2) coating a precursor capable of forming a flexible transparent substrate on the thin film of carbon nanotube; (3) curing the precursor to make a flexible transparent substrate on which the thin film of carbon nanotube is fixed; and (4) removing the solid substrate, and to the flexible transparent electrode manufactured thereby. Using the method of the present invention, a flexible transparent electrode with large area can be obtained, which maintains stable adhesiveness of the carbon nanotube film to the substrate even after repeated bending and folding. The flexible transparent electrode according to the invention can be advantageously used in various applications such as displays, electronic devices, sensors, memory devices or the like.

A method and system for storing information on a search result selected by a user with respect to a predetermined query, reflecting the user's preference by utilizing the information when the user inputs an identical query and requests a search, and providing a personalized search result in which user preferences are reflected. More particularly, a personalized search method and system utilizing favorites of a web browser in which a personalized search result is provided to each user by utilizing information on a website that the user bookmarked as the user's favorites is provided. According to the present invention, there is provided a personalized search service method and system which can provide a user with a personalized search service, even when user information is not stored in a search server and also, even when the user does not log in.

Disclosed is a system for providing character-based information for a moving object through the radio paging network. The system comprising: a GPS receiver (32) receiving and demodulating position information indicating a present position of the moving object; a character radio pager (37) for receiving and demodulating control information and character information from a character radio paging network providing the character-based information; a living information database (38) for storing the character-based information received from the character radio page (37); a moving picture database (41) for storing the control signals received from the character radio pager (37) and operator information directly inputted by an operator; a position information database (33) for storing the position information from the movement of the moving object, and for providing announcement for the present moving position of the moving object; a CPU (42) for extracting useful information from the GPS receiver (32) and the character radio pager (37) or extracting an announcement stored in the position information database (33) under the control of a scheduler in case where the position information received from the GPS receiver (32) is consistent with the position information stored in the position information database (33); a sound card (34) and a video card (39) for outputting the information of the database (32, 33 and 37); and an advertisement control server (43) for transmitting control signals to the character radio pager (37) through the character radio paging network in order to remotely manage the information stored in the moving picture database (41).

The present invention relates to oxime derivatives, a method for preparing the same, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same and use thereof. The oxime derivatives according to the present invention act as GPR119 agonists to stimulate the secretion of insulin and promote GLP-1 formation for preventing or treating type 2 diabetes, complications of diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemia or osteoporosis.

The present invention relates to a crucible with a detachable crucible for manufacturing a silicon ingot, and more particularly, to a crucible with a detachable crucible for manufacturing a silicon ingot by purifying a silicon material therein, the crucible comprising the detachable crucible on the top of a standard crucible, thereby enabling a large amount of silicon material to be put therein and manufactured into a silicon ingot having an increased effective height. To this end, the crucible comprises: a standard crucible for melting a silicon material therein, of which the top portion is open; a standard crucible supporter which surrounds the crucible for holding the position of the standard crucible; a detachable crucible, of which the top and bottom portions are open, which is smaller than the standard crucible, and which has an inclined surface at the lower end, such that the inclined surface comes in contact with the upper end of the standard crucible; and a detachable crucible supporter which surrounds the detachable crucible for holding the position of the detachable crucible.

The present invention relates to novel compounds having ([1,3]thiazolo[5,4- b ]pyridine-2-yl)-2-carboxamide structure, as being illustrated in Formula 1, for inhibition of angiogenesis receptor tyrosine kinases, in particular, VEGF receptor 2 kinase ("KDR") activity, methods for preparing the same, their use and a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereapeutically effective amount of the said compounds. The compounds according to the present invention are useful for the treatment and prevention of angiogenesis-related diseases, particularly resulting from the unregulated or undesired KDR activity, such as cancers, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic retinopathy, etc.

A circuit for driving a light emitting device and a matrix-type display panel employing the same are provided. The circuit for driving a light emitting device having a first pole and a second pole opposite to the first pole includes a diode, which includes a first pole to which a predetermined data signal is applied and a second pole which is opposite to the first pole and is connected to the first pole of the light emitting device, and a capacitor, which includes a first terminal connected to a contact point between the first pole of the light emitting device and the second pole of the diode and a second terminal to which a predetermined control signal is applied. Accordingly, if the diode is turned on and the light emitting device is turned off, an electric charge which corresponds to a difference between a voltage level of the control signal and a voltage level of the data signal is charged, and if the diode is turned off and the light emitting device is turned on, the charged electric charge is discharged through the light emitting device.
