Thanks to a structure as above, even when tensile strength acts on the connecting part during the use of the device, cracks concentratedly develop at the notch part (5d) and are prevented from developing at the other parts, whereby oil leakage can be prevented.

The protein, the DNA encoding the protein, a recombinant vector containing the DNA, and a transformat containing the recombinant vector are used for screening a substance which inhibits or induces apoptosis.
