Abstract: A stainless steel alloy foil heat-exchange coil and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The coil is made up of straight stainless steel alloy foil tubes (1) with wall thickness of 0.02 mm ~ 0.3 mm and bent stainless steel alloy foil tubes (2) with wall thickness of 0.15 mm ~ 0.45 mm by welding. Abstract: 本发明是一种2-溴-3-氟苯甲酸的制备方法,该方法以间氟三氟甲苯为原料,经硝化、溴化、还原、脱氨基、分离、水解最终得到目标产品2-溴-3-氟苯甲酸。硝化以硫酸作为溶剂,反应制得4-氟-2-三氟甲基硝基苯;溴化是以硫酸作为溶剂、二溴海因作为溴化试剂,还原是在水相中以乙酸或氯化铵为催化剂,用还原铁粉进行还原反应;脱氨基在次亚磷酸中进行;分离是经精馏塔减压分馏得到2-溴-3-氟三氟甲苯;水解是在反应釜中加入硫酸进行。本发明方法设计更为合理,原料价廉易得,制备反应工艺条件温和、简单、安全,得率高。
